  Hello,This is *****************************, my address ****************************************************. I have time share to Maui Schooner. Maui Schooner put me in collections agency which is ******************* Services. Pls see attachment I did settled my back dues property and maintenance. Now Maui Schooner reports me again to ******************* I asked what I'm paying for. They property and maintenance And I ask them what did I pay for the $13k they can't give details. I called ****************** ask them what I'm going to pay. They said property and maintenance. But I paid last May 9 2023. Same question what did I pay for that..This is harassment already. It doesn't mean I paid and settle with them now they keep sending me to collections agency. Pls help me.

  See attached, the collections settlement amount ***************************** paid to ******** were for delinquent maintenance fees for both accounts from 2020-2022, these fees did not include 2023 fees which ***************************** is responsible for.

  Pls see attachment.  Copy of settlement letter from ***************************.  
  May 9 2023. When I called meridian to settled our back dues from the Maui Schooner property tax and maintenance. I called and spoke to *********************. And requested for settlement.  They give me a figure amount around $13000.00. I have to ****** money to settle.  Just to clear to my credit report.  After I paid meridian sending me bills. Again. Pls help me. I try to talk to *** but they insist for me to pay.
