June 3 - Arrived to the unit at 4:00PM. Promptly called the Parrish Collection *************) at approximately 4:20PM and voiced our concern that the A/C was not working in the master bedroom. I was informed that someone would be out shortly to look at it and would call me back. No one ever came out or called me back.I called the after-hours line at approximately 5:11PM to get a status update. Once again, I was reassured that someone would be out & would give me call to provide an update. No one did. June 4 - Called at 8AM to get a status update- was once again told that someone would call us back. No one called again. Spoke to a lady whose name began with an "M". I was met with disrespect and rudeness as she stated, "I noticed you called the emergency line and A/C is not an emergency."How am I supposed to know what the Parrish Collection deems as an "emergency?" In the welcome letter, it clearly states that "please do not hesitate to contact us at ************."I called again at 3PM to get a status update. I finally was informed that maintenance would be out tomorrow (June 5).June 5 - Maintenace technician came out and stated that the unit needed an A/C technician to come service it as it was not working. June 12 - I sent a follow up email asking for a status update on the A/C. I never heard anything back.June 19 - ***** called to inform me that an A/C technician would be coming out Friday. Never heard or saw the A/C technician come out nor did I get an update, as promised, on next steps. June 23 - I sent another follow-up email asking for a status update as this appears to be the norm that no one will provide me an update unless I hound you. I was informed via email that "property management should be hearing updates on Monday as the vendor office is closed on weekends." Still haven't heard anything. The unit was not in working condition upon arrival and you were promptly informed. We paid for services that were not rendered.

This vacation rental property company misrepresented the home they rented us. We advised of the following: The biggest issue is that the home has a serious ant problem. The first full day on the property we did call and someone did come and delivered ant traps. However, every day, multiple times a day, the kitchen sink was full of ants even when we cleaned the sinks and counters. The bedrooms had ants as well, so much so there were ants in the bedding as well as in the suitcases; Many appliances were not working to full capacity. The wine/drink cooler was not working at all. As a result, we placed many of our drinks in the refrigerator and freezer, which led them to be overfull, which led them not to chill. In fact the freezer, was not freezing; so much so that ice was melting in the freezer. We needed to buy ice to supplement the melting ice in the freezer; There was a fishy odor in the hallway on the right side of the home between the front two bedrooms,. We could never identify the source; ************** pot seemed to work at all; The spices provided in the spice rack were so old they were clumped in the bottle and unusable. There was no salt even provided for our use; There were very large overgrown spider webs down at the *** and hot tub. While normally I would say spider webs are not your responsibility, it was clear these had been on the property for some time and simply ignored. It is unreasonable to expect your quests to walk under large webs like these; The chlorine in the hot tub was so aggressive we could not use the jets without coughing and sneezing profusely. Our lungs were literally on fire sitting in that water. They acknowledge all these issues but responded with defamatory comments such as we are extorting them as well as claim we are calling and harassing their staff. This is absolutely not true and I think this defamation needs immediate resolution as theyve posted it publicly,
