Premier was easy to work with, absolutely reliable, high on customer service. their work quality is top-notch. They are pricey, but i did not have to worry about anything while i was off-island. i highly recommend them!Review from PK C

I had Sunday morning water damage in a rental condo, so I needed assistance quickly. I made a 6 am phone call to Premier and was directed to their emergency line which was, in fact, the cell phone of their emergency specialist. He was at home, but answered promptly and within *********************************************************** at the condo. He communicated each step of the way, calling me with frequent updates as the cleanup process took place. The in-office staff promptly contacted me the next day, walked me through their process, answered all my questions, and kept me informed via email or phone until the cleanup was complete. Finally, I was able to pay them on line (easiest) for the service, after settling with my insurance carrier. I would highly recommend Premier here on Kauai.Review from Nadine S

Everyone at Premier Restoration - Kauai is the very best! They really care about their customer by listening to what they are saying, or what they are trying to say, but cant put it into words. They are extremely efficient from their technical detail, mitigation, *************************************** work, and the results are outstanding! Their equipment and digital technology are top of the line! I believe most victims of water damage & potential mold know they must take care of the problem but are very concerned about the costs. We don't want to get ripped off! Truly, the staff at Premier Restoration are sensitive to this issue and while they are restoring your property, they will only do what's necessary and is approved first by the person paying the ****. Premier Restoration did a great job repairing water damage to my laundry room ceiling due to problem with my roof. They were very prompt in answering my calls and emails. They were able to be flexible with my schedule. Their workers were courteous, punctual and communicated well. I highly recommend them.Review from Mary K

Our downstairs flooded during the Kauai rainstorm on the night of January 1-2, 2022. We woke to find the floor covered with 1/2 inch of water. After some research, we called Premier Restoration on Sunday, 1/2/22 and they sent one of their staff over that Sunday afternoon to assess our damages. The Premier team came over later that week to help us pack up all of our downstairs belongings then they came back early the next week to tear up the wet flooring and cut out the soaked dry wall. The staff at Premier were very professional, knowledgeable, and worked together well to get the job done: from Manager ****** to office staff ****** and ********, who were always available to answer our questions, to the all-round nice bunch of strong, young men who came to do the work at our house. We strongly recommend Premier Restoration services if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of getting flooded.
