    On June 15, 2024 I ordered The Ocean Paper's Old Hawaii paint palette for $95 (total amount with shipping and taxes was $106.95). On June 22, 2024 I received an email with a tracking number - a label was created by the **** but the packaged was never picked up/mailed. The tracking number is ******************************. On June 29, 2024 I emailed The Ocean Paper for an update. No reply. I followed up via email on July 3, 2024. No reply. On July 8, 2024 I asked for an update on Instagram since they've been active there. No reply. I would like a full refund. Thank you for your help!     9/12/23 I ordered a Bamboo Paint Pallet w/ 36 handmade paints from Ocean Paper. It was in stock with no delay in shipping (other items were listed as pre-order or had 2 week delay in shipping notes). I was charged 9/13. Having not received any indication of shipping several weeks later, I sent an email asking when I could expect it. I received no response. I tried various methods to reach them (online form, email, ******************** and received no reply. 10/20/23, concerned, I submitted a dispute to my bank. 10/27/23 I finally received a shipping notice with ***** but it has never moved past ***** awaiting item". Tracking number still showing this today: ****************************** I kept emailing and messaging, never receiving any response. 12/17/23 (over 3 months after my order) I finally received a response via Instagram that I had been refunded "months ago". But I never received a refund or any other communication from this company. I wrote back letting them know I did not receive a refund, asking for clarification. No response.1/8/24 my bank closed the dispute. They said the charge was authorized (which I do not contest) and correct. The merchant "has not provided a reversal of the disputed transaction" and there is nothing further they can do. I replied to the Instagram message again and was asked for proof I did not receive the refund. I sent the letter from my bank and screen shots of all of my account transactions since my purchase on 9/12/23.I followed up on 1/8 and 1/9. On 1/10 I was told it would take a couple of days for them to issue the refund. 1/18/24 They have not responded to two more follow ****

    I received communication from Ocean Paper last week after they received the complaint. The money was refunded and it arrived in my account yesterday.
