    I called to inquire about purchasing a vehicle on 3/3/24 and I was very transparent about my current situation and wanted to see if there was anything they could do to help. I recently gave birth to my first son and my family needs a new vehicle within our budget and something we may possibly qualify for given our circumstances. The owner of this business called me and started belittling me about the fact that I have children and I did not plan for it. The fact that I'm not making a ton of money and I had a car previously that I could not afford. He then went on to say that I should have known better when I was purchasing my vehicle two years ago and shouldn't have made that mistake. He then started to talk down on my other half and belittle him for taking care of our son while I work!! Not to mention, my boyfriend and I have NOBODY to lean on and we are doing this on our own!! We are trying our hardest to make it in this life!! He also had the AUDACITY to say we're causing our child to suffer!! AS A MATTER OF FACT, OUR CHILDREN HAVE EVERYTHING THEY COULD EVER WANT AND NEED!!!! NOBODY IS MISERABLE OR SUFFERING!!!! WE HAVE A ROOF OVER OUR HEADS, CLOTHES ON OUR BACKS, FOOD IN OUR FRIDGE AND WE ARE HAPPY!!!!! I DID NOT CALL TO BE QUESTIONED ABOUT MY LIFE DECISIONS AND BELITTLED ABOUT MY SITUATION!! If you were not able to help me THAT IS FINE!! YOU COULD HAVE SAID THAT AND LEFT YOUR NASTY RUDE COMMENTS ABOUT MY FAMILY AND FINANCES ALONE!!! After I had just about enough of his unnecessary comments about my life, I hung up. This is the voicemail he left!! Mind you, not once was I RUDE!! I was looking to see if there was ANYTHING they could do! THATS ALL!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

    On 03/03 I received a voice message from a woman inquiring about purchasing a vehicle and my credit terms/options available to her.  I returned her call she freely offered her basic credit application information which included a previous repossession and her ability to put a down payment amount was unclear.  

    She sounded upset on the phone, as she had already talked to several other dealers and was turned down for financing.  I was trying to help and explained that in her current situation most dealers would not approve a loan. After a several minute conversation the line dropped out.  I immediately called her back and my call went to voicemail. I said she could call me back anytime if her situation improves.

    I realize that consumers are having a difficult time right now getting financing and it is very frustrating and confusing.  I did my best to explain the facts and did not at anytime judge, belittle or name call the potential future customer. I wanted to let her know about "Credit Repair" companies and for her to keep trying, saving up more down payment and to all other independent used car dealers in her area but there was no answer when I called her back.  She may call me at anytime.

    I am rejecting this response because this is simply missing information and also misleading as this is not AT ALL how the phone call went and he DID NOT state that in his incredibly rude voicemail he left on my phone which the screenshot is posted to both ****** and Yelp under his business. He belittled me and my family. Stated my children are miserable because I had them when I wasnt ready in his eyes!! Absolutely uncalled for and UNPROFESSIONAL.
