Dec 28, 2023. I emailed Home Managers due to their lack of answering the phone. I tried to call numerous times from 8 a.m. My email stated that if they would fix the weed problem that is hanging over our fence and one dog always barks. The tenant told me that her son in law is mad and will mow the lawn. This should have been confidential. They could have told the tenant that a neighbor is complaining about the one dog. I put one dog. The tenant told me home managers said dogs. I said that I can show her the email. If they answered the phone, this shouldnt have escalated like this. I tried to advise home managers that the house has no address number on the home. We and other neighbors are inconvenienced by the wrong mail and people in our driveway looking for the home. I emailed the company again and said," if they could tell the tenant that I meant ONE dog." Yoshida (manager) emailed back, "excuse me,dont use that tone of voice with me." Is that a threat? Home managers dont care that if we install a fence, the weeds will affect it. It is us that is paying for the fence.Due to the lack of communication, I became the villan. Home managers shouldnt involve tenants with their problems, very unprofessional. Also, Yoshida included her personal feelings in the situation. It had nothing to do with her. There was no reason to say,"its my tenant." the situation had nothing to do with them. childish. The previous tenants had a few dogs. we never complained about them. The point is the weeds. I told the tenant that this has nothing to do with you. She never believes anything I say. I wont talk to her. She doesnt empathize either. I have a witness that this happened if this home manager lies and the situation turns into all about her. Good for her that this is her tenant. We dont bother with them

*************** to the above compliant which is contradictory on her part and very hard to understand just like her initial email to me on Dec 28th:

Luckily for technology these days.  I have a phone system which tracks all calls and messages and I have searched her number and I do not have ANY calls from her.  Just an email on Dec 28th at 9:17AM that was difficult to understand.  I responded on Dec 28th at 9:20AM.  I have attached the correspondence as well as photos.
As you can see, in my response to her, I was confused as I pass by this property almost daily and I am quite happy about how my tenants take care of the yard.  I told her that I would inspect and I did shortly after my response to her.  My tenant's son in law was not home at the time so he did not "mow the lawn before I arrived so the attached photos are the actual " weed problem that is hanging over our fence".

I spoke to my tenants soon after informing them that we received a complaint about A (one) dog continuously barking.  I explained that I needed to visit the property.  My tenant said that was fine and proceeded to tell me that the dog barks because the neighbor is putting up a fence so the dog barks at the workers. Understandable so I asked them to monitor the situation.  I headed to the property and found a very well kept back yard and side yard. I did not see any "bushes against her side that scratches her car" as she states in her email to me.

I also spoke to the surrounding neighbors in regards to the dog barking and NONE confirmed her accusations.

As you can see in her email, she also discriminates against one of the neighbors telling the other neighbors that he is "schizophrenic". Everyone around her feels really uncomfortable.

Before I was able to respond to her, I received her threatening email.  I responded and told her to adjust her tone.  I have the right to stand up for myself as I am just doing my job and I will not tolerate that kind of abuse from her. As you can see, she is fabricating the story by saying that i said " "excuse me,dont use that tone of voice with me." Is that a threat?".

    Please see the attached photos:

Labeled #1 is the back yard

labeled #2 is my tenant's side of the house-he said he did not get to this weed as it started raining and would continue later the next day when he got off of work.

Labeled #3 is the weeds on her side on the fence.

I will not be responding to any more of her lies and if this continues, I will explore all of my legal options to file a complaint against her for defamation of character.

    Thank you,
