  I had hoped the owner and or manger would contact me to avoid these types of reviews and complaints, after being denied that even when requesting it in writing I feel this warrants assistance shy of legal intervention at this stage since there has been a good level of inconvenience stress and loss of time and money due to the overall experience thats is not over yet. Dropped of my Lexus RX350 on 9/8/2022 to have AC repaired as it no longer blew cool air. Original testing done by them on 8/30/2022. Upon pick up I discover a long list of new problems, damage and enormous lack of attention to detail, especially with respect to leaving the vehicle with greasy hand prints all over the interior and seats. It was not subtle but very obvious.I worked directly with *********************************** from beginning to current state (still have two new problems caused by the service center, after three visits that have not been resolved) as of today 9/26/2022. Upon pick up on 9/8/2022 this is what was discovered:1. greasy prints and smudges found all over seats and later up and down beige trim alongside windshield. **** also smudged dirty all over. 2. My passenger side mirror was smashed downward to the ground as if it had been pushed or banged downward some how for some reason, why or how have no idea. 2a. The drivers side ***** switch controller no longer works allowing the mirror to go up or down. The side to side movement was also not working Initially as I pulled away and has been off and on since. 3. All ***** to the sun roof and above head lights do not function 4. All dash controllers have no lights and all interior lightening is DOA 5. Glove compartment rattles 9/20/2022 Third visit after attending to only 4 of 5 issues above and function, I left with two new problems:1, Tire pressure sensor light is on all the time now.2. My stereo plug that allows communication from my phone to touch screen display is disconnected behind the stereo inside the dash.
