    Stayed here for a family trip to Adventureland. We spent most of our time at the theme park only at the hotel to briefly swim then sleep. After leaving I realized we were charged $50. I attempted numerous times to get in contact with the manager to figure out a reason without luck.Finally wrote a review on the poor communication and ironically only at that moment did the manager come out of the woodwork claiming he tried calling, I received no voicemails from this gentleman and further more he had our email also that he could have used for contact as well as our mailing address. None of which he tried. He claimed on review that we stained his comforter with ink and markers, none of which were even items brought by us to the hotel as it was a place to sleep after a full day at the theme park, he totally picked a family and tried to discriminate and find a way to earn extra money. I again called asking for a manager after his response back to ask details as we truly never would damage property, once again a message was left and no response. Its $50. But Im a woman with morals. My kids arent perfect but theyre taught respect. If this so called manager would actually attempt to reach me hed realize he probably has the wrong family or picked the wrong one to discriminate against. There was numerous families there and im not saying this never happened but I can 100 percent say it was not our family that ruined his items. I hope he has children some day that someone slaps a charge on him and accuses his kids of things that never happened so he can receive the same effects hes caused to us.

    Guest has already filed a chargeback, and we are resolving the issue that way.

    I called her twice, and she never answered or responded to those phone calls. Her claims in this report are false. Her tone in this report is disgusting as well, and an attack at me for running a good business.

    If she wants to know what discrimination really feels like, she needs to take a walk in my shoes and all the terrible things I have dealt with being a person of color. Shame on her for using the word discrimination for damages that her family caused to hotel property. As you guys know, you would receive hundreds or even thousands of complaints if I falsely accused people of violations.
