    On 3/3/2023 we ordered 8 outdoor chairs and 2 tables at the **********, **** home show. We paid in full at the time that the order was placed. To date we have only received one small bistro table.We have called ************* and texted him, and we have called the company and/or **** 40 times during this 9 month timeframe. The furniture was to be delivered within 8 weeks of the order being placed. We were told they had material delays and then we were told they had equipment breakdowns by customer service during the summer. I was once informed by customer service that the base of my large table was done in July. Later calls to customer service resulted in no additional information and now no one even answers that phone or will return messages now. We started requesting a refund by texting and leaving messages for **** on August 26th. No refund has been received.**** does not answer messages, phone calls or texts. If you call the store, **** can't provide any information either and can only give **** a message.

    Ordered and paid $4120.80 for outdoor furniture on 07/18/2023. Have called every number associated with them. Left voice messages with no response. Most of the numbers no one answers. Have sent emails to every address associated with them and no response. Have spent hours in chat ques and nothing.

    Hi,I order on June 5,2023 from the above organization. I paid with PayPal. The order was $928.81, the order number is *****. It was for outdoor furniture made from poly amish material.I received no delivery estimation. On June 29, I called, left messages, "chatted" on line and sent an email. My phone messages were not returned and received generic emails and chats that seemed to be computer generated. Also the phone number I called did not identify the company. The the generic response said to give it 8 weeks. I received one item. I sent an email asking when the rest would be delivered and to make sure they had my correct order, on August 8. The reply was nice saying they had just received the material and it would be ***** days. I sent another email on August 18, I received the exact generice mail in reply. I am concerned I will not receive my completed order and be out $800. I can wait, if I know it will be delivered. But because I have had only computer generated responses I'm worried this is a scam. Any help will be appreciated.*************************

    We purchased a set of ***** made poly glider rocker at the ***** Home Show on 2-12-2023. We paid for the set and was given a 6-8 week schedule for the delivery of the furniture. The we received the small table but never the chairs. We have called the number on the website, the number on the invoice, the store number and have Live Chatted on their website and never a resolution. They give an excuse of breakdowns in the manufacturing. They apologized for the delay assured the new ship date of 2 weeks. That has long passed. Then they tried to sell me an outdoor table set at a discounted price and wanted paid before the original set was shipped. Now I cannot get a response on the Live Chat or a return phone call.

    I bought outdoor furniture from Dutch Country and experienced some severe table top cracking. The product was under warranty as they do offer that. I contacted customer service with pictures and asked for a new table top, not even a new table. I was willing to re-assemble. The customer service team took the information and opened a case. They assured me that this will be done. I was in constant contact with them via email on online chats. Eventually I noticed the replies were coming from ****, who I think runs the Amish furniture business. I have had several (many many)communications. He always stated that they will honor this and will send another top. I continue to ask over several months. Always the same reply and they will work on it. I told him over the last several communications, if they do not honor this I will escalate to the better business bureau. It is only lip service from them. It is such a simple thing, and I am not asking for anything but a good table top. I paid a lot of money and they are one shady bunch. I gave them every opportunity to honor their warranty and they are not and will not. I am writing to you to see if you could weigh in and try to help resolve. I appreciate your help.     I made a purchase from their online store which stated that the item was in stocK. The website claims in-stock items ship within 24 - 48 hours. I received a confirmation email with order number and my PayPal account was charged. After no communication or updates from the company, I contacted a representative on 11/14/22 requesting an update about the purchase. The female I spoke to stated that the item was out of stock but was supposed to arrived in their next shipment in 2 days and it would be shipped then. After 2 weeks with no updates, I contacted the company on 11/28/22 and again requested an update. I spoke with the same female from the earlier call and she stated that the item was not in the shipment and they did not know if they would be receiving it. At that time I requested a refund and she stated that it would be processed immediately. After not receiving the refund, I contacted them again on 12/02/22 and the same representative said the refund would be processed that afternoon. I still have not received my refund and now they will not respond to my calls. I would just like to receive my refund since they could not fulfill their part of the transaction.

    I ordered two gliders and a rocker set on Nov. 21, 2021. The estimated delivery was originally 6 to 8 weeks. The reason I ordered from this company was that they advertised the glideres were shipped fully assembled. For 11 MONTHS, I got the run around from their customer care ***** This appears to be a small business with only one or two employees. At one point the "manager" was to call and he left an incomprehensible message that sounded as though he was drunk. They have told me over and over again that the shipment was on route. Today I finally received this furniture, and it requires assembly. There are numerous parts missing. Once again, I am unable to get any one on the phone. Their website has now been changed to reflect assembly required. This company does not do what they say, and the buyer should be wary of doing business with them.
