Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/18) */ We have all supporting paperwork needed for this case. We sell AS/IS vehicles, he put down what we had been asking for a down payment. It was not a $*** down vehicle it was a $*** down vehicle. I don't know where he got confused but he should have looked at the paperwork when signing a Legal Document. He paid the $*** down that we required for said vehicle. If you have any other question, feel free to give me a call at the number listed below.

***************** They keep trying to tow my car when I was up to date on my payments. The lady said they get to pick 3 months out of the year where I have to make 3 payments instead of 2. A lot of people has been getting scammed by them and their towing company.

    Business response

    05/18/2022

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/21) */ We have all paperwork to support this case. We do not "pick" the 3 months a year that they have 3 payments that month. It is set up from the day they purchase the vehicle. If their payments are set up for every other week then it just depends on how many days are in that month on how many payments, they will have that month. If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call at the number listed below. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/04/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) My payments are every 2 weeks. There isn't 5 weeks in April I made my 2 payments on the 30th of March the tow guy shut down my car at 10pm, and he made me give him $*** to stop the tow. I showed him my receipt and he said "I had a payment due April 3rd" it was the 18th they won't let you slide being 15 days late. The woman said my paymets were due the 2nd, 16th, and 30th. Their stories didn't add up look at their ratings and reviews they're taking advantage of people who are in poverty. That's how they make all of their money through the towing scam. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/04/27) */ He must have looked at it wrong, she had a payment due the 2nd the 16th and the 30th of this month. She paid on 3/30 for the month of March, we didn't have a payment before that since February. We let her go for almost an entire month with no payment. We have all supporting paperwork. If you have any questions, feel free to give me a call.
