    On 6/4/2024 I was given a report via collins community credit union that I qualified to get a lower interest rate credit card and that I could raise my credit score significantly when i did get it.They did not tell me all of the things they needed but they said with every contact I qualified.Then the last call they said I had to get another person not living with me to put their name on it.The whole reason I was trying to get this card was that I wanted to increase my credit score and I told them that multiple times.But since I have no one outside my house that would put there name on this I really didn't qualify.Here is my problem now...they did a credit check...now my credit score will go down and my whole purpose was to raise my credit score.They didn't disclose all the things I would have to present them before I let them do the credit scan.I would like them to send a fix to the credit bureaus to remove there credit check as they falsely got me suckered into applying for a loan.

    I have a debt that i owe, and i have been try to pay it off for the last 4-5 months and either can't get ahold of someone, or can't get a return phone call. This is affecting my credit and making it to where i cannot get a loan at this point. Contact by the business and fixing of my credit report st this point to erase the debt if they aren't going to contact me.

    Credit Union management has reviewed the members file and call history.  The Assistant Collections Manager has left messages for the member to call back on 1/31/2024 and 2/09/2024, in response to her contacting the credit union directly.  Additionally, he will try to contact her again today to discuss ************************* is committed to providing prompt, professional member service.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have since spoken to them, however, I made several additional attempts and left over 10 voicemails some with the direct contact and some with the general number. And I got two voicemails returned during 8-5 working hours and when I attempted to call back same day that is when I wouldn't receive messages back. I also was told my balance was higher than what it shows on any of the credit reports. I will get it taken care of and have made contact. However didn't have the funds at the time due to the difference in balance, so concerned that when I try and call back to take care of it when I do that I will start over with the same issues.
