Purchased disheasher on 12/12/24 at lowes with 12/31 install between 8 and 5pm. Never got a call the night before and called lowes 4 times to get a smaller window without success. Then texted CSRT directly who cancelled my appt by email at 11 am on the day i had already been sitting home since 8am swaiting for them to show up with my appliance. Finally got a call fro,m somenoe names **** ***** who refused to give me an address for this complaint and sais he had no idea how to help me hes in ******* not buffalo and sorry my appt was moved to a day that doesnt work fdor me. do you always cacnbel appt via email 3 hours into the appt window without the courtesy of calling the customer who already took a day off work and has beemn waiting for 3 hours and then have a jerk call me who wont help me at all and denies cancelleing my appt that was suppopsed to be today?Initial Complaint

I bought a dishwasher from Lowes on July 06, 2024. ***** hired **** to deliver and install it. The installers damaged the dishwasher (dents) and did a deep scratch on my wood floors. The installer told us he would call me to come and touch up the scratch. But the scratch was deep and a touch up would not be enough. The same day of delivery I called Lowes and they had me to work directly CRST. The installers were in my house about six hours for a routine job.CRST told me they would send someone out to replace dishwasher and close to three months later it has not happened. They had me purchase a new one and I would get reimbursed when the damaged one was returned. They sent me about six emails with a delivery date and every time they don't come.I sent pictures of the damage and they asked me to get a quote for it to be repaired. CRST wrote: " ... We are going to issue a check for the damage claim. He just wants to make sure you submitted everything..." Then, at every turn CRST tried to get out of assuming responsibility. First, they said we signed a form that says there was pre-existing damage. We did, but we acknowledged damage under the sink (not the deep scratch on the floor). I reminded them that the installer called me a few days after installation (I did not take the call) in accordance that he wanted to do "touch up" . **** asked me to show them that indeed they called. I did. Then, their response was a photo that supposedly that showed the scratch existing with my old dishwasher. Perplexed, I quickly realized that the photo was altered. In the photo they sent me the old dishwasher did not have the white insulation blanket. I sent them an image I had of the old dishwasher were you clearly see the insulation blanket. This shows that they photoshopped the picture. Then, they argued that that image I provided, showed the scratch. It did not. I wrote a 20+ page report showing they lied and altered evidence. Never do busy with these criminals. I used CRST to ship a pinball machine from ******** to *****. I fully insured the machine with supposed white glove delivery service to my main floor.Shipped on 7/10/24 and delivered on 7/26/24 and cost roughly $650 to ship. It was supposed to be handled with care but there were numerous instances of damage, both to the cabinet itself and the custom armor work.Damages were meticulously documented once identified and submitted online only to get denied because none of it was documented when it was immediately delivered.The white glove service was non-existant. I was require to help load the several hundred pound machine into my own house because there was only one delivery driver and it's at minimum a two person job.***** ****** is a senior claims denier at **** and immediately questioned why it wasn't documented when the product was delivered. I was honest in stating in my excited state, having waiting for more than 3 weeks, I didn't think that a thorough inspection was the first thing I needed to do. I was conversing with the delivery driver, thanking him, tipping him, he asked for my signature and left immediately. I think saw some damage and quickly checked over the cabinet to find much more damage.***** pinball saw the pictures I had and said an entire cabinet would be replace. CRST caused more than $2,000 of damage to my pinball machine and denied my claim without any reservation.***** ****** is a "senior" claims examiner, which is code for a scumbag. He's a pathetic excuse for a human being who gets promoted by denying what is rightfully yours and mine. **** thinks they hold no responsibility for how they handle their product when they can easily deny a claim on technicalities and NOT REALITY. They damaged my machine, not me. It takes me ***** hours of my life to submit an accurate and truthful claim, with documented communication from ***** pinball, and they immediately deny it. I am filing complaint due to the continuous delays and lack of communication I have experienced with CRST regarding the installation of my dishwasher, purchased on July 3rd. Despite verbal assurances from multiple CRST agents and customer service representatives, I have been repeatedly no-showed for scheduled services, and my requests for explanations and a written guarantee of service have been ignored.1.Missed Appointments and Delays:My initial installation, scheduled for July 20th, was unexpectedly cancelled without clear reasoning.On July 27th, I was provided with a text of 4-hour window, yet no technician arrived.The appt set for August 5th was also missed without notice.2.Lack of Communication and Accountability:Despite spending multiple days on the phone, experiencing hold times ranging from 10 to 40 mins, CRST failed to provide explanations for the missed appts.During these calls, I was repeatedly promised follow-ups and email confirmations from representatives, which never happened.Not only the wait times for no-shows, but also lengthy and frequent calls have been a significant waste of time and have caused considerable frustration and inconvenience as they were only ignored and unanswered 3.No Assurance of Service or Compensation:I was promised an installation on August 6th, which did not happen, further eroding my trust.CRST failed to provide a written guarantee that the next available appt on August 26th will be honored.I have not received any information about compensation for the significant time and inconvenience I have experienced.This situation is serious as it demonstrates a pattern of neglect, unfulfilled promises, wirhout execution of service I purchased for. I have been lied to and ignored, while I had to notify them of unfulfilled services through lengthy phone calls. I seek a resolution to this matter, including a clear commitment from CRST to address my concerns promptly and appropriately.Initial Complaint

****** from ******* *********** Lowes came to install a dishwasher. He played with the plumbing under the bathroom sink. The bathroom flooded and has been flooding for 2 days while we try and get this fixed. Floor and vanity are now ruined and need to be fixed with the pipes he broke. Was told Wednesday at that someone would be here at 8:00 am and we would be the first stop. That became a 2-5 window. At 7:10 pm spoke with ***** again. ****** claims he called at 5:21 but attached call log proves otherwise and he did not leave a voicemail. Also never stated what he was calling for since he never arrived. At 7:17pm ****** left the store to come here. He would not give me a contact number or an employee ID number. At 8:15 called back store to say he still is not here. He had apparently called his boss, *****, to say he was not coming but nobody told us. I am taking a 4th day off from work to get the issue resolved.Initial Complaint

We had a scheduled delivery of IKEA furniture. The delivery driver was running late, but we stayed behind and waited for them to come later. Upon arrival, we found one piece of the furniture to be damaged. The driver didnt care and insisted we had to accept the delivery and then left. I immediately contacted CRST to inform them of what happened. I was promised I would get the item replaced and that they would have my delivery fee refunded. I have had very little communication from them, no new time frame for the replacement item and the delivery fee has not been refunded. I purchased a wall oven through Lowes to be installed at my home by CRST. I bought it 12/26, had my install scheduled for 1/1/23. Since that time CRST has been scheduling and rescheduling without ever following up with me, just continuing to reschedule. Im at the 8th reschedule which is supposed to take place 1/23, but I dont believe it will happen based on past performance. *** tried to call them and get stuck on hold. Ive tried to use their online chat service but it doesnt seem to resolve the issue or Ill get stuck on hold there as well. *** reached out to Lowes to help me resolve it, but it seems like their hands are tied.Initial Complaint

On 11/19/2022, my wife and I ordered a Frigidaire dishwasher from ****** store #****. We also purchased the installation parts, delivery, install, and haul off for our old unit, which totalled to $1029. The new dishwasher was delivered on 11/20/2022, and it was scheduled by CRST to have it installed on 12/02/2022. The old dishwasher would be hauled away that day as well. On 12/02/2022, old the dishwasher was hauled off and the new one was installed. The new one immediately turned out to be faulty, giving an i30 error code and constantly filling and draining. I called the ****** store to tell them the issue, and that I would like the dishwasher uninstalled, hauled off, and to get a refund. The associate at *************************** - spoke with someone named **** or **** with CRST who ensured him someone could come either on 12/05/2022 or 12/06/2022 to do the uninstall and haul off. That did not happen, and it turned out that the uninstall and haul off were actually scheduled for 12/19/2022, despite being told otherwise. ****** tells me the refund cannot be given until the dishwasher is back at their store, yet I'm having to wait another 2 weeks to have that happen. In the meantime, my wife is out $1029, we don't have a working dishwasher, and I had to shut off the water to my sink in order to prevent water from backing up into the dishwasher. I want my wife to receive the full $1029 refunded, regardless of whether this dishwasher gets picked up. I'd also like an additional $500 for the dishonesty and runaround I've gotten in this ordeal. This will also help cover the dishwasher I'll need to purchase elsewhere as soon as possible to resolve not having a working dishwasher or sink. I've lost all trust in this going as scheduled, because I've already been lied to about it. ****** and CRST should not be able to hold our money hostage for such a flagrant failure on their part.Initial Complaint

I scheduled a delivery of an arcade game to my house. I paid the delivery fee and then noted special instructions that I needed the item delivered through my basement. The day of the delivery the the delivery guys stated they do not bring any items to the basement and subsequently told me they would move it to the basement for an additional $350. This company is definitely trying to scam customers out of money by throwing an additional side fee once they get to the location to do the delivery and not performing the duty they were paid to do. I have attached pictures of the electronic receipt with the special instructions that were attached on the day of the delivery payment.Order # BH3939
