I brought my truck in on July 10th to address an oil leak, and what unfolded was a series of events that has left me with a damaged engine and a frustrating experience. Here is a summary of what happened:- July 9th: I took my truck to ********************* for a recalled airbag replacement and a 60-point inspection, which included a video of my truck running. The inspection revealed an oil leak and CV shift tear.- July 10th: I brought my truck to Ammco to address the oil leak. The work done included replacing the oil pan, oil cooler lines, and front and rear main seals of the transmission.- July 12th (Friday): I paid **** for the work done and was told my truck would be ready for pickup after my appointment. However, when I called **** at 2 pm, he informed me of a problem with no oil pressure. He said they would take it apart to investigate.- Later that **************** called me and said they found a leaf in the oil pickup line and weren't sure how it got there (I have this conversation on video). He said they would replace the pickup line.- After replacing the pickup line and two sensors, the truck still had no oil pressure. It became clear that the leaf could only have entered the pickup line during the oil pan replacement.- Starting the truck multiple times and letting it run for 30 minutes caused damage to the camshaft and camshaft bearings.I am extremely disappointed in the work done at Ammco and the resulting damage to my truck. I drove my truck in with no noise and had to push it out and tow it due to the damage caused by the leaf in the oil pickup line.I have been in contact with ammco corporate **** the owner is refusing to cooperate and will not send them my paperwork on my truck. They informed me that they are there to protect **** and I quote he has no obligation to spend his money on you.

I brought my vehicle here to have my front and back brakes done. I get to the shop and am told my strut is broke, I need new tire rods, oil is leaking, and I need new tires. My car had been driving fine, besides brake issues but I tell them go ahead and get it all fixed along with alignment. I drive alot of highway miles with my kids. So get everything fixed 3 weeks goes by and my car starts making a weird noise and steering wheel shaking along with still hearing my breaks. I've had this car 6 years and never had it drive this horrible, and get regular maintenance done. Brakes, oil, tires etc. I thought it could be my tires being since that was the one thing I didn't get fixed. Make an app. At different shop to get tires. They get ready to put tires on and call me to say tire rod is broke and screws are loose on my strut, they wouldn't give me alignment being since struts and rod issue. So go back to aamco to have them fix issue they messed up. Go back to tire shop to get alignment and they tell me tire rod is still not fixed that I had just went back a second time to fix. So I pay another $400 to get another tire rod. Get on highway after leaving and immediately can tell my car is still messed up, so I go back to tire shop and explain issue I'm having. They tell me sounds more like brakes. So they take my tires off look at my brakes and rotors and their completely shot after 2 months. I know need new brakes and rotors again because aamco didn't put my struts on correctly the first time. I go back to aamco to resolve issue because everything comes with warranty. They owner refused to fix my brakes, rotors that are bad after 2 months, even with warranty. Owner says I must drive to crazy. With 2 kids I can assure you I don't and I live 25 minutes from my job so I'm strictly highway miles and rarely touch my brakes nor would they go bad after 2 months of use. I have brakes replaced several times in my 6 years of having this car and never had my car drive this horrible.
