Please beware of the way Brad runs his business. This is a long review, so I am putting bullet points in the beginning. - did not remember the work he bid and had to ask us - told us " I only said that to get the job" - pushed us back multiple times - shown up with the wrong color blocks - took none of the blame when something went wrong - talked about other jobs and how big and expensive they were, and made us feel like ours didn't matter - after being pushed back twice on our driveway, he pushed us back a third time, asked us to sign a contract and to put half down It started with a missing appointment for him to bid our retaining wall, but I believe that life happens and gave him a second chance. He did show up the next day, when he said he would, and gave us a verbal bid for both our driveway and retaining wall. We were happy with the cost and let him know we would like to proceed, and were told he would be out the next week. He did not show, nor did he reach out with an update, so I reached out and he pushed us back a week. The next week I reached out again, and he said he would be there Thursday. Brad did not remember what he was supposed to do with our retaining wall, so we had to remind him. At one point when going over everything we wanted, again, for our retaining wall, he stated "I only said that to get the job" when we mentioned something he said he would do. At the time I didn't think much about that, so we proceeded. Now, I see it as the red Flag that it is. His one man crew had shown up with the wrong color retaining wall blocks, and when I reached out about it, he left it up to us to find the correct color blocks. By this point our yard was already a mess from the work being started, our front yard has very little grass left in it from the skidloader, so my husband and I discussed and said we would go with the color that was there. Once the wall was close to being done, we went out and checked it ....did not have enough room to leave whole review.
