Been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks now. The website gets you no where, and the help line get you no where. Left multiple voicemails and nobody ever calls back. Their isn't a office to go to anymore and the office they said they move to at ****** at **************** said they couldn't help me I "HAD TO CALL THE HELPLINE" I expressed the helpline isn't helping, and asked for a supervisor and they said they didn't have one. Literally nobody here to help with anything. I've been trying to give my 30 day notice and it seems impossible.

Hello I moved out on June 30 from my apartment at Ashford apartments. I spoke to the apartment manager on June 9th at 2:06 pm (she was the only one in the office) and ask her specifically how much I would owe if I moved out on June 30th, due to the apartment contract being exceptionally long. This was a factor in my time frame to move out.Her exact words. "Since you already paid for ***** you would only owe for July."Today, 7/20, I spoke to corporate after *********************** ************** and explained the situation. His exact words were, "it doesn't matter what she said said, it only matters what is in the contract"1) This is deceptive and unlawful business practice. I would have stayed an extra month had I not been deceived. If i cannot trust the apartment manager, then who can I trust?2) In addition, they billed me for water, trash and gas utility rubs for the months of July and August when I already signed out in June 3) I was given 3 days to pay otherwise it goes to collection where it will hurt my credit score. So I am being trapped by the threat of my credit score.4) I will pay the bill because I don't want my credit score ruined due to this deceptive business practice.

I am rejecting this response because: there was nothing attached in either attachment and no refund.  They basically refused to respond

    Sincerely,
