****'s car corner sold me a car with (odometer fraud) and with bad trans, egr tube, 4 bad catalytic converters the only time i have driven the car is to take it in for a repair i keep throwing money at it and it still is not working (I HAD TOLD THEM I NEEDED A CAR TO GET ME TO DOCTOR ***** BECAUSE I HAVE **************** CANCER AND I WAS ON SSDI FROM 2001 DUE TO A AUTO ACCIDENT & NOW CANCER THAT CAR HAS NEVER GOTTON ME TO ONE DOCTOR APT.) to take advantage of a person in there 60's i am talking to a lawyer on what rights i have the shops that did some of the repairs have the mileage when it was taken in and they all say the same mileage oh yes there is a L.O.F. sticker that tells the odometer has been broken since 2011 (THEY SOLD ME A LEMON WITH ODOMETER FRAUD) I just needed a car so i can get to my cancer treatments... THAT NEVER HAPPENED SO NOW I AM LEFT WONDERING HOW WILL I SURVIVEReview from T. P.

This is the place you go to buy bad cars, for the price of a good car. You won't realize that until it's too late though, so take my advice and don't. I purchased my 09 CRV FROM Jeffs. On the ride home i noticed a terrible shudder from the transmission. I troubleshot and knew this was a transmission issue. I called and set an appointment to have my car looked at so had to drive 45 minutes to drop my car off. Only to have them not even look into the transmission. They just assumed I'm some idiot i guess? They then balance my tires and said it was fine and had me pick it up. Would you believe that on my ride home after they balanced my tires, that my transmission was still shuddering causing the whole car and steering wheel to shake? Needless to say i was not going back there again for this problem that they obviously didn't look into. I then went to ********* where the first thing they checked was my trans fluid (which was in terrible condition) good job jeffs, and after ********* changed the fluid the shuddering was gone. All ****'s had to do was listen to the customer and just look at my transmission. That seemed to be too much to ask for. I also had a terrible coolant leak because someone used a liquid gasket maker on a coolant line, this is the only thing ****'s made right. Replacing a single gasket. Also, all 4 brake pads were shot, with 2 brake calipers locking up, and 2 bad rotors from the calipers.

To our defense the customer bought the car June of 2023. When the customer brought the car in for us to look at it, it was not doing anything. We did inspect the car and found that everything was operating as it should. I am not aware of when all this transpired.Customer Response

I offered to take one of your mechanics out, and show them the shudder from the transmission, which was declined. It shuddered on my way to, and from your shop when you took it in to "work on".The amount of times I explained to employees at your establishment how to reproduce the issue was frustrating. When someone with minimal car knowledge can troubleshoot an issue and your shop can't, theres a big problem.Especially when you gave me my car back with freshly balanced wheels that didn't need balanced. Your shop also did a very poor job repairing my thermostat housing leak, which is again leaking less than a year after you "fixed it". Whether it is ignorance or poor customer service, you cannot defend your lack of care and service. Also, how you can say "it was not doing anything" when my car dumped all of its coolant the second I pulled into your parking lot for you to service it? Why would you repair a thermostat housing and balance my wheels if there was nothing wrong? I would suggest not blatantly lying as i have a witness and evidence that it was in fact having numerous issues.Just admit that you gave very poor service to me, and stop trying to defend yourself. You should be ashamed of the customer service you offer, among other things to say the least.Review from Chris S

This place is the worst. Never shop here unless you want to be sold a broken car truck or suv. Sold me a truck they never checked over no oil expired *** tires and valve seals that where junk. Their truck cost me 5k in repairs and a new set of tires never go here. In total new tires new valves new headers oil change replace and recharge ac lines 7k. When the customer originally purchased this truck they negotiated the price and agreed to purchase the truck AS-IS based on the price they requested. The customer owned the truck for over 3 months. They called and expressed their concern. We tried to help trade them out of the truck, however, due to credit reasons were not able to. No one is trying to take advantage and or s**** over a vet or anyone for that matter.Review from Lisa J

Please share and help spread the word. Pictures are in comments. My oldest son was scammed out of 5500 dollars from these guys. Took advantage of someone that had no idea what was happening. They sold a vehicle to him later part of last year that had to be returned because the frame was rusted out. Jeff said he'd make it right and gave him a vehicle to replace it. Assured him that the vehicle was reliable. As you can see, the car shouldn't have even been on the road. They had him sign his documents and my son unknowingly signed a document that he was buying a salvage car. It was not disclosed. Proof is in the carfax that Jeff gave to my son 3 days after it was purchased because my son went to the DMV to title it and they told him it was a salvage car. We just got the letter from the state last week that in order to get a title, it needed inspected. Nobody pays 5500 for a salvage vehicle. Alex at Jeff's Car Corner advised me Jeff was in the hospital, but he talked to him. Jeff advised that my son and mother drove the car off the lot to have inspected, and that they showed them the undercarriage and there was nothing wrong with the car. That this must have happened in 3 months. Jeff personally called my son on Saturday and asked him if he had a couple grand to put down on a new car. When my son asked what Jeff was going to do to make it right he said "Nothing. You own that car now." Jeff knew he couldn't ever sell this car to anyone with them knowing the issues, especially for 5500. Deception, lies, manipulation, and quite frankly, thievery.
