  Started aug 2021 last attempt to get it response june2021 suv supposedly got two engines replaced along with several other parts and its still doing the same thing as before I had to buy another car cause of this -has always gave me the run around and claiming its fixed and it just does the same thing called my warranty an they just keep telling me to take it back to him since hes the one that fixed it- he scammed them out of money for a motor that still doesnt work right- I even called them several times to tell them he didnt fix anything and its doing the same thing and that he took their money but they didnt care-Ive lost money for not being able to go to work an payin for rides -said he was out of town when I asked for records of what he all did to it an that nobody else could get them yet Ive missed out on going out of town on vacation because I dont have a fixed car- it act like it wants to take off at lights like fuel is not goin through and shakes back and forth and shuts off- have to put in neutral for it to stay on but that always doesnt work it cuts off a lot -I even paid ***** for a catalytic converter when he said it was that yet its still doing the same thing- i had to make late payments cause of this to pay for rides and credit is worse now -I work a lot and deserve for my car to be fixed the right way just like they expect me to make my payment regardless if its running or not I think the *************** need to do something

  On 7/26/2021 we replace the engine on her 2012 equinox  do to  lock up engine

  Give the car to her and miles at that time were ******* invoice #**** pay by extender warranty

   

  she come back on 9/11/2021 , her complain was no power at the engine , diagnostic the car and found bad catalytic converter and o2 sensor working out of specs , we call  extended warranty for coverage and found no emission items were cover on her contract ,

  replace cat converter end exhaust manifold gasket set and o2 sensor  invoice # **** pay by ******

  give her the car ad we forgot for some reason write miles

   

  later on 1/12/2022 she drop car off and complaint was no power and shutters

  diagnostic car and found bad throat body and low fuel pressure call  her extended warranty for coverage and were cover by them .

  give her the car , miles at that time was ******* miles #invoice # ****  pay by extender warranty .

   

  later in 3/1/2022 she return her complain was noise and vibration we inspect car and found bad exhaust manifold and bad front struts {left and Right }

  those items were cover by extended warranty  repair was done and give car to her , miles at that time ******* invoice # ****

   

  ****** call me sometime in June , I was in ******** at that time she request copys of invoice ,

  I am the only one at my shop to do paper work for that reason she didnt get it at that time

  Later In June I return from ********

  I havent heard from her since June until this latter arrived to me on the mail

  this is what we have done on her 2012 ***** equinox
