    I bought brand new camper paid ********. I have had several issues that continue. Furnace issues 5 times. Air-conditioning on going at present. Numerous leaks on gong till today. Awning issues on going today. We bought unit in March. It's becoming overwhelming

    To the Better Business Bureau:

    In response to the complaint, we are happy to share information about ******************************* and his purchase of an ** from Couler Valley RV. ****************** purchased a 2022 Zinger (model number 331BH). His purchase date was February 2, 2023. All customers at Couler Valley are given a demonstration of their purchased unit, specifically how to operate all systems within their unit. Each unit is run through a series of tests to ensure the proper function of all systems. We have copies of all the warranty work done on Mr. ******** unit. 

    On the warranty appointments that ****************** has had with us,Couler Valley RV addressed his issues on the *** and he was scheduled into our work week and taken care of promptly. When ****************** advised us of these complaints he had with his *** we placed him before our other customers because of his attitude and rudeness to our employees and owner.

    The first complaint with ****************** was the furnace.According to ****************** while camping the furnace would shut off and would not reignite. When the unit was brought into Couler Valley for service we found no issues with the furnace shutting off or reigniting. Our service department tested the furnace and did not find an issue with it. ****************** was not satisfied with this result, so we replaced the thermostat and control board.The next time he returned with the ** with a complaint on the furnace he was excessively rude, and we informed him we would replace the furnace from another new camper and install this in his unit. We would like to state that the furnace taken from Mr. ******** ** which he stated did not work was placed into the new camper from which we took that furnace out of. That unit has since been sold and this customer has had no issues with that furnace. We would like to state that ****************** also took out the two factory propane tanks and replaced them with his own used propane tanks.

    The second complaint ****************** came back for was the air conditioner. He was unhappy with the cooling efficiency. Our service department tested the air conditioner while the exterior temperature was 92 degrees. The interior AC discharge was 66 degrees. This is exceeding all OEM specks of an air conditioner. ****************** was unhappy with this result. Mr. ******** ** has capability to add a second air conditioner to the unit and this was our recommendation with him not being satisfied with the cooling efficiency. ***************** was unhappy with this answer and became hostile and threatening to our employees.

    The third complaint ****************** stated was the leaks in the water system. ****************** brought the unit in for the kitchen faucet not having any running water. Our service department pressurized the water system and had successful water at the kitchen faucet.

    The fourth complaint was leaking from the shower door while in use. Our service department found a small void in the silicone sealant in the shower surround. It was properly sealed and tested that there was no further leaking.
