    We bought a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator from Ellis Appliance in January 2021 and received the refrigerator in May 2021. The refrigerator quit cooling on August 14th of this year. i tried to call Ellis Appliance and they do not answer the phone and I could only leave a voice message. Finally they called to say they would be here on a Tuesday. Never showed up and no phone call. Called them and they said it was just the compressor. (No need to come out or call apparently). Tried them for 4 weeks still no response. Since it is was 4 weeks without a fridge we contacted ** and they are no better. Have called them 8 times in a month and sent them proof of purchase 5 times, and their response is always that you will hear from them in 24 to 48 hours but of course we never hear a word. ** claims that the service department has no way of contacting the department that issues refunds so all they can do is email them. The customer service department has hung up on us several times and always asks for proof of purchase which we sent 5 times. Is there anything you can do to help us? We have been forced to buy a new refrigerator since there is no resolution in sight. Thank you ***** *******

    I purchased a dishwasher in black that had to be ordered because they didnt have a black one. The transaction was made on 2/23/2024 and was paid in full that day. The amount of the transaction was $800.36 and was done on my debit card (*****************) for $550.36 and a $250.00 rebate card issued by Lennox HVAC.I called April 04 and was told the appliance should be here early July 24 I went to the store August 16th only to find a note on the window that said We will remain closed for sales until further notice. We will still be doing service every day as usual. Any questions email ************************************ or call ************ I called on 9/12/24 and left a message again 9/13 and 9/19 and never received a call back!On 9/13/24 I went to my bank to file a debit card dispute but on 9/18/24 I received a letter from the bank stating that no error occurred, untimely notification. What can I do going forward?Thank you.

    I ordered a GE stove February 19, 2024. It was supposed to arrive in March. I gave it until ****** **** Still nothing. Checked in with the store, not in, waiting on a truck from GE. Called the store, no answer or the mailbox is full. Emailed Ellis Appliance requesting a refund on July 11 & 15, 2024. Still no response. I also had a part on order from a refrigerator that I bought is February also. The delivery person broke a hinge cover. Again, no response. I would just like a refund for the stove. I have already received a new stove from another company. The store appears to have gone out of business.

    On June 4th I purchased an electric range, a dishwasher and installation fees, ect for the amount of $1,440.22. They cashed the cashiers check on June 7th. However they have failed to even attempt to install them, and I have never heard back from them. The store now appears vacant, no one has been there for at least two weeks. This was the only thing left on the storefront. ******************************************************************************
