Zero stars!!!!! they dont send emails to confirm your service, they have no customer service, Listen to me, do not get thhis service!!!! BAD ALL AROUND!!!!

Typically when you sign up online through our self enrollment site you should get an email confirming you were approved for service with enTouch Wireless. The most unreliable service I've ever had. The network failure is frequent and unreliable. They have customer service center located in *****. The representatives are either incompetent or scammers. They would tell you the wrong information and get you transferred around. It's also very difficult to understand or communicate with them verbally.Review from George W

I took money from me for a top up and literally within seconds of the payment cancelled my account, I received multiple viruses on my phone from their network.. theirs hardly ever customer service.. ther lifeline is a scam, In ** the lifeline program is unlimited but they did give unlimited like pa is suppose to get, false advertisement, and they scammed me outta literally 4$ so patheticReview from Andy K

The worst. They don't deserve not even 1 star. I order a "new" phone. The SIM cards didn't work. The phone didn't stay on WIFI and apps kept saying not responding. They had to send me another card and I couldn't keep my number geez. I get cut off in the middle of my conservation. Find out I ran out of mins. I thought I had unlimited. Ohh I can't sent or received mms images to top it off. Also I have a hard time opening up things online. CS is no help.Review from MORGAN P

It was my first time to get a free lifeline phone from any company. When I received my phone, the box was unsealed, and the *** card was missing in the card it was supposed to be attached with. The *** card was neither installed on the phone so the new phone did not have mobile phone service or cannot connect to the mobile network. I called customer service and was informed that my service was actually cancelled??? The guy told me instead of activating my account to just apply with another service provider. Tell me how this makes sense? I now tend to believe this company is just getting people's information and may be scamming the govt. Have applied with another service provider and see what happens.Entouch Wireless Response

Been trying to port in my old phone number over 5 months and told everytime there was an error,, no response, to be patient, they will contact me, bla bla bla. Liers. Free phone is problematic. I guess you get what you pay for!Review from Derrick K

Entouch wireless is a scam. I couldn't understand customer service. I was trying to get the tracking number just to be told I had to wait 10 days. When I told him that this seemed like a scam I was hung up on. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!
