**** stole thousands of dollars from us after taking an initial down payment for windows. I have been able to collect a piece of the money back, but have been chasing him for 18 months. He is a con artist, through and through. At one point his father, ***, a supposed respected businessman, reached out to say he was going to help settle up with ************* me, but he lied just as much as **** and to date I have received zero additional payback. Avoid this man or any business he's involved in at all costs.Review from Da S

Paid deposit of half of cost of job. Told was going to buy quality products but ended up using sub-par and suspect it was from a different job. Never came back and took over ***** dollars that we paid up front. Claims he had to do bankruptcy but can not find any concurrence that happened. Wish would have seen Des Moines registry article where he fleeced many other people. Only found out there was a problem when his web site went down and business phone. Sounds like he may have done this in ******** as well. Went by a different name for business so people could not find him.Says he was licensed in **** but newspaper article indicated he was working on it.Review from jeff t

Talks a good talk . Great at making promises that are never delivered or finished. Corey is a class AAA promiser and a absolute failure at contracting.. Always quik to saying yes until the job actually starts and then its all, cant do that. New walls put up that are not plumb, Flooring put down on unsupportive base. that flexes when walked on .Endless delays that went on for months on end. Promise after promise broken. This guys crews could not even put in a wall outlet straight. Didn't put up simple plastic sheets to prevent wall sanding from going all over house. Never received purchased toilet , sink, shower doors , tiling, Actually had his fiance call us on several occasions to make excuses for him.Review from Louise B

Our project was not done the way it was sold to us. Our cabinets are chipping because there was no sanding done only painted on top. Had the project sub contracted out when we were sold he would be doing the job. Lied to us about how he would fix the cabinets and then did not answer the phone. Would not recommend him to anyone. Tracked him down through finding another contact who worked for him. When I spoke to the former employee he apologized about selling the service to me. Found out there was a GM and contacted him. He seemed more of a professional and got me our money back.Review from Meighan C

Took over 12 weeks on a project that was never finished. Never would meet in person. Was told he was doing all the work, yet everything was subcontracted. We did problem solving when issues arose. Incompetent and has no contracting skills. Eventually sued him, but had to have others complete the job and was out thousands of dollars due to him lying about supplies being on hand and purchased.Review from Alicia T

Negatives:Communication on timing / decisions was an issue Subbed out construction of deck Leveling issues Many warped boards Gate swings wrong way & is sagging very badly Left visible boards from old framing with old stain on them Decision agreed upon to stain the old framing black. Did not call before using black paint instead Positives:Took time to repair/replace rotting framing boards & sheeting
