Stumbled across this website and could not be happier with the customer service that had been and continues to be provided for orders that required a tight turnaround. Golden Openings was an amazing company to work with! I had to get custom shovels ordered urgently for a Tree Planting Event I was having. I worked closely with Shelby to get them in time. Her communication was outstanding and she listened to the feedback I had to create exactly what I needed! She was able to mockup and send proofs, along with producing and shipping all three shovels to me in 10 days. The quality was great and she packaged them to make sure there would be no damage. Golden Openings has been wonderful to work with for ribbon cutting supplies. I've used them a few times and they are always quick, take the time to explain things and provide great quality items.
