  Did total roof done summer 2020 Redid roof due to leakage spring 2022 Roof continues to leak, visible water hitting ground and mold forming in ceiling Attempted to call several times, came out once said they were coming back within the month to fix it. Have not heard from them since. Attempted to call again several times with no response.

  Tell us why here..
  We've had problems with this addition on rear of the house for a long time. We made a substantial repair in May 2022 that involved pulling up shingles, installing ice/water, and installing new flashing (see attached pics). It looks like they contacted us in June asking about making interior repairs, then never allowed us to schedule them. We had a repair guy get inside in September to assess, but was unable to coordinate with customer on when repairs could be made. There were numerous voicemails left by **** (interior repair guy) and *************** (production mgr)with no response from the homeowner. Apparently the roof leaked again in January, prompting the BBB complaint. Most communication has been with ******,the husband, but ******, the wife, filed the BBB complaint.
  
  I have also attached a couple of photos indicating possible areas of leaking.

  6/14/2022 4:25 PM    ****************;    Note     Homeowner contacted me about potential black mold on ceiling/wall from the leak from his roof. **** looked at it and does not believe it is mold

  5/3/2022 10:37 AM     ****************; Note      @ChrisBrown i had Juan go out to this house last week and *********;said that we would need to rip up a whole section of the roof to make the repair. I told the home owner that i would like you to                                                                          look  at it first before we did that. He just called asking when we would be out to take a look. I told him that sometime in the next week or 2 we would be out there.

  4/22/2022 8:57 AM     ****************; Note      Homeowner called and said he is having some leaks from his roof. I called and told him we would have a repair guy out as soon as we could. He said the leak is on an addition of the house.
