Rivo, Inc. has been out to my home on several different occasions to fix a variety of issues. The plumbing team is knowledgeable and have always been happy with the services provided.

This customer purchased a discounted/discontinued display faucet in 2019, this faucet had been on display from the previous business owner at least five years+. They waited until 2023 to have it installed in their home. Unfortunately, it did not fit the area perfectly. We offered to try to adjust, the customer was unhappy with this solution. They also mentioned finish damage on the drain pop-up assembly after using for weeks/months. We are unable to repair, this is often caused by cleaning/hygiene products. It's possible the customer can reach out to the manufacturer (Central Brass) to have a new drain pop-up assembly sent as these are typically sent directly to customers not the vendor. However, unsure based on the age of the faucet being eight-ten+ years old.
