  My mother passed away while staying at Linn Haven in early March 2022. Linn Haven requires payment for the month in advance. As executor of the estate, I have been trying to receive the refund of $7,097.10 for the unused portion of March that my mother was not a resident. It was verified that all possible billables had been paid and that there were no other possible remaining expenses, so there was no reason to continue to hold the credit balance. I was told that the refund was approved and in process as of May 12 and so should have received the check weeks and weeks ago. I have received by mail two monthly statements that both reflect this credit balance. After several failed and/or unsuccessful attempts to rectify with Linn Haven directly, I reached out to the corporate accounting department in ******* and they claim that they have not received the paperwork for the refund.

  I did send a written response but since we received another letter, I will assume that you did not receive it.  We have resolved this complaint the refund was issued and the check has cleared the bank
