I took over the *** of Bent Tree ******* last Oct. 2021. We as a board wanted to see the contract that was signed by the owner of Right Roofing and our association, so I went over to the company and ask for a copy of all paper work and they said that they would and I asked for a letter from the owner to back everything up with a guarantee of what the contract said with who signed it. I went back after 3 weeks and asked again and they said yes but have not gotten anything from them so I am very unhappy with the company and their practices. I am going to the *********************** to file a complaint and investigation on the company policy.Can you help at all? If so let me know.Thanks,*********************

We are working on retrieving the information that you requested as best we can. It has been more labor intensive because the record keeping system changed in 2017. This was in the same time frame that your project was being completed. We switched from old technology that we had used since 2005. Retrieving this information has required us to get our computer experts in to retriever the old documentation from the previous CRM. The reason we were changing systems is because there were issues and certain items that were not working properly. However all of this documentation was given to your property management company previously along with all the warranty information. Any of our agreements had been fulfilled back in 2017 with your association.
We are actively working on getting this information to you but we request a little patience. We should have everything ready for you to pick up next week and will give you a call when it is all ready to go.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like a letter from the owner stating who signed the contract or given the Okay from the *** and that he will stand by the warranty of the roof shingles.
