    My husband and I purchased a 2012 Enclave for almost ****** from C&S2 car company in June of 2024. They claim that they did and if that they do inspections on all vehicles if that was the case I wouldn't had to bring my car back due to it being excessively hot outside and I had no ** in the front or the back of the vehicle . The ** in the front was fixed the ** in the back still has not been fixed and it we're still waiting on parts months later I also informed them of the things that I heard wrong with the car the booming and Batman and they try to act like I was crazy like nothing was wrong with the car at all but they did finally fix some of the things but they did not fix all of the things I'm still having problems with the car they just put a battery in the car the man at the car that's the principal of the establishment named ***** will not give the owner's number so me and my husband can talk to him we have been asking for these things to be fixed on our car they will not give us a loaner car and I have to work and my husband has terminal cancer and also has chemo every week this car has been putting us through nothing but h*** and we need help on finding out what else we can do because ***** is not trying to work with us with getting a new car they claim they're going to fix these things but all things have not been fixed as of today. There are multiple things wrong with this vehicle that we paid $****** for and then we have payments for every month which are $400 and insurance that runs me about $115 I think it's ridiculous that for $****** we have had this car for only 5 months and are still having problems every month.

    All customers are advised at time of purchase to drive and inspect vehicle before purchase. Every customer signs a document stating that they have inspected and have driven the vehicle and they are satisfied with the condition. If the customer is not satisfied with something we either agree to repair it in in writing or agree that the customer will purchase knowing the issues. The customer has an air conditioning line on back order as soon as it is in  stock it will be repaired. The customer also called and said vehicle wouldn't start. C&S had it towed to a repair shop. The shop couldn't find any issues with it. Customer called again and we offered them a free car to drive until we could figure out the issue and repair it.
