    I bought a keg or rented a keg from Hy-Vee liquors at ************************************************* and they rented me a tap that wasn't the right tap for the keg that I bought and now they want me to return it and give them $80 for the right tap and I've been sitting on this beer for two weeks Great quality business

    Every time my kids and I go into the ***** location, we have issues with at least one employee. Last Tuesday was no different. We walk in and search both entrances for a car cart. We found one. On the way back to produce, I hear the lady from behind customer service scream maam, your daughter called me a b**** again!! I was with my kids the whole time, I never heard any of them say this to anybody. ****, the store manager, called me later and invited me to take a pause. That was fine as my kids and I already decided we werent going back in the store unless my husband was with us. The craziest part is my kids were terrorized for 2 solid months by 2 employees who are still working there. I go in there to do my job, Im asked to take a pause. When **** called my job, it disabled ALL Hyvee locations! Super not cool!

    I have had several problems with this store and have talked to several different people to try and get it fix and they all ignored me or worse told me to f*** off. 100% avoid this place as long as they keep ****** here she has insulted and harassed me almost every time I shop here and her manager *** is stoned out of his mind and doesn't care at all. They also have several massive problems of having tons of expired products on the shelf you can almost always come home and find something 2+ months expired. This store needs to have all of its management replaced from the top down and these two toxic employees need to be replaced.

    DO NOT SHOP at HY-VEE Hy-vee continues to deceive it's customers by not honoring the sale price that is advertised in their flyer. This past week they advertised Frito-Lay Lay's, Munchies, Kettle or Rold Gold snacks for $1.99, but they rang up at $4.99. When I asked for assistance the individual was stumped and could not figure out what the problem was. He refunded my $1 for each one I purchased - bringing the price to $3.99. This is not a one time occurrence - but happens almost every shopping trip. They are hoping you don't notice that they are charging you a higher price than the add or shelf price.They use to have the policy that when this happened the item was free - but I'm sure they had to discontinue that or they would be bankrupt.In addition, coupons don't get applie at the self checkout.Hy-vee you have lost my business.I never have this issue with ******* in ********** - it's worth the drive and they can ship free!

    Made an online floral purchase and the website glitched generating two email confirmations and posting a duplicate charge to my credit card. Contacted customer support and was told I needed to reach out directly to the store. Called my local HyVee floral and they took my information and said theyd look into it and get back to me the next day. When no one contacted me, I had to place a follow-up call a couple days later and was told they were still looking into it. At this point I emailed store management with order number(s), credit card screenshots, and email confirmations. No one ever replied. Called back and was given the stores Accounting Manager email. Emailed her and next day she replied she was looking into it and she would get back to me next day. A few days passed with no reply, so I sent a follow up email. That, too, did not get a reply after a few days. I sent a second follow-up email. A week passed and that also did not get replied to. I ended up filing a dispute with my card issuer to receive a refund after two weeks with no resolution. At best, the worst customer service (including management) Ive experienced. At worst, very questionable billing and error reconciling practices. Reporting to ********** of ******** as well.

    ******* **** HyVee. Sign on the freezer door says HYVEE frozen vegetables $.98. They ring up $1.49! The lady behind the front desks reply to my complaint - it is not my fault, I didnt put up the sign! Happens too many time that the advertised price does ring up at the register correctly. Is this on purpose? Milk sitting right behind a tag that says $2.48 rings up $3.79! You obviously cannot manage your PERKS pricing schedule.

    Check your receipts. Hy-Vee is notorious for not honoring sale prices when you get to the register. It's usually not enough money to go back and complain but they have to make a significant amount of money with this shady practice.

    Tjis is for the ******* store in *****. When you ring up your items, they do not always reflect the posted price. On last three occasions I have had to get the prices adjusted to reflect the posted price on some of my items. When I spoke to a manager , he told me there was not much they could or would do about it because he stated it is too hard and complicated for employees to enter the items correctly. I asked what could be done about it to improve. He stated nothing. I asked if they had a way they tracked complaints to identify problems. He stated, no. That it wasn't a concern. I told him they would get a bad review. He stated it didn't really matter. That no one pays attention to reviews. How disappointing to not want to be honest with pricing and to have good customer satisfaction. I thanked him for listening and he stated he is always hear to listen, but that it wouldn't go anywhere, and for me to have a great day.

    You have a convicted felon working in the pharmacy. Caught it on the news because the arresting sheriff is retiring and they showed highlights of his career. This female pharmacy tech served 8 years back in 2006-2014. She disposed her newborn baby boy in the garbag. His body was later found in a landfill. Horrible that she is employed in your pharmacy.

    I'm over ************************************ my life. Do NOT buy HyVee ribeye steak. Not only was it very gristly, it was not marbled. I don't know what cut it actually was, but it was not ribeye. I have never had to spit out more gristle than I had to with this 8oz steak. I thought of taking a picture of the five pieces but then I would most likely gross you out. And talk about expensive...$13 for half a pound!!! I have had much better steaks at the bigger chain stores!!! We are NEVER getting our steaks from HyVee again! Matter of fact, we are probably not buying any of our meat from HyVee again!!
