In November of 2021, we purchased promotional tickets for Silverwood for our family: 2 of them were 1-day tickets for $46, and 2 of them were 2-day tickets for $76. We went to Silverwood one time and therefore used up the 1 day tickets, and only 1 day of the 2 day tickets. We then needed to request a refund for the remaining day of each of the 2 day tickets because we could not go back this season. In the refund process, they informed us that we were charged $65, or the FULL gate price, for using ONE day of the 2 day tickets that we purchased for $76 and therefore only received $11 back per ticket ($76 minus $65). We requested (which we believe is extremely reasonable) that they honor the price of the 1-day ticket ($46) for the one day of use, and refund the remaining $30 per ticket instead. It is logical, fair, and reasonable. They responded with no actual explanation of their charges, and refused to refund more than $11 per ticket. We called and they did not call back, we called back again and they were very unhelpful and still refused the refund, just said they would not do anything about this. We emailed and they responded with no real explanation except that the $65 is the current price. After that they did not reply. We're so disappointed in how they have handled this. We think they should give us the remaining $20 per ticket back. It's a ridiculously small amount and yet they just refused to help with any sort of solution. To restore our faith in their company they really should refund everything for their terrible customer service. We normally bring a large group of youth to the park each summer and we won't be doing that again unless this is resolved well.

on 7/13/2022 We took our family and another family to Silverwood Theme Park. When we decided to do this I looked online to see if there were any coupons or people selling unwanted tickets. I ended up finding a gal online that said she bought tickets for her family and could not go. I contacted her and she informed me they were digital tickets. I said I would pay her for them once we got into the park and they worked. Upon entering the park the tickets worked just fine. Once we got in the person scanning the tickets asked if I had the credit card that I bought the tickets with. I said I didn't buy them with a credit card. She said no problem do you have a credit card any credit card we just need to be sure the tickets are in your name. She assured me they wouldn't charge me for the tickets. Once into the park I paid the lady online digitally with Venmo and we enjoyed the day. I was reviewing my credit card statement and noticed that on 7/16/2022 Silverwood charged me $534.24. I thought it was an accidental over charge for food. So I called them and talked to a customer service rep. ** was honestly kind of blunt and made me feel like I was a criminal. ** (*** I think) said the tickets I bought 3rd party were purchased with a stolen credit card. Because of this they then charged me for the tickets. I said that is not right because had they told me at the gate that you can't use a ticket bought from someone else I could have been aware that this could happen. However I was assured by Silverwood my card would not be ran and it was. I did not authorize Silverwood to run my card. I was a victim of online fraud and now I am being charged again for it. This isn't right. The way I was treated wasn't right. I have owned a seasons pass before and we have gone to Silverwood tons of times. I called them back and actually got a hold of *** again and said I wanted to discuss this further. ** said I had to email them. I did and nothing. I am not ok with this. This is bad business.
