    This is in regards to the rockzilla concert at the portmeuf trust amphitheater on 19 August 2022. Not seeking refund just want this company to be held accountable. The concert was a complete disaster. Got there at 4 when ***** were supposed to open. At 7 we were still in line and due to severe weather waning event staff informed everyone to evacuate and the show was cancelled. A band member of one of the opening acts posted this video to *********https://fb.watch/f8PnS_M1x8/ Well at 8:31 pm I got an email saying that the doors would open at 830 and start at 9. I had already driven the 30 miles back home and was not wanting to drive back due to how bad the weather was. Now the company Gooutlocal.com is refusing to refund since there was a performance yet only 2 of the 4 bands performed and local police evacuated many ticketholders. Now they are responding to fb comments saying they put on an amazing show and that nothing that happened was their fault at all. They even appear to be flat out mocking people who never even got to go inside the venue or have tickets scanned. This buisness also has its own employees leaving positive on ****** and ********* As well as other I'm sure. Thousands had this happen to them and this company needs to be held accountable

    This would be in response to what **************** submitted in regards to the Rockzilla concert. 

    Gate open times were delayed due to a decision made by the Rockzilla tour. This pushed back the show start time, which was then delayed further due to the extreme weather warning issued by the ************************* Gates were reopened once it was deemed safe for public access. 

    The miscommunication occurred when one of the bands (Bad Wolves) posted on their social media page that their set was cancelled, which was interpreted by some that the entire show was cancelled, which was not the case.  The two co-headliners (Falling in Reverse and Papa *****) both posted on their social media pages that the show was postponed, but not cancelled. We did our best to communicate to a very large crowd that we were being evacuated and the show was being postponed (delayed) due to the weather through a verbal on stage announcement and on the ***** **************** Page.  The show began with Falling in Reverse at 9:00pm.

    In addition to this, approximately 70% of ticket purchasers returned to the show. After corresponding with **************** multiple times detailing the options he had instead of a refund, he then told our employees, "Shove those tickets up your *****. I hope you all get *** Gerighs disease." and we have attached a screenshot below in addition to our response to him. From there, we stopped communication with **************** as it was clear that he did not want to hear any resolutions and he additionally insulted one of our employees who has had a family member pass away due to this.
