Minnetonka store: called them to find out how to access their menus. The first ****** did not speak English the second one hanged up on me , the third call was not answered anymore tried to call their corporate number. No one answers . We used to order quite often. We won t anymore. Their treatment of customers is horrible. See their f rating on here. I will place other reviews online that target more the ********** area

Insanely horrible service. We ordered 2 cookies online for pickup, but when we arrived we were told one of these cookies, one we paid extra for, was out of stock. When we asked to be compensated for the issue, the employee handling the situation became hostile and began to curse and even flipped us off. This is the single most ridiculous customer service experience I have had anywhere. This interaction was recorded on a mobile device. I genuinely hope no customer ever sets foot in this establishment again, as no customer deserves to experience that level of disrespect. This person should NEVER be allowed to work in customer service. I wish I had a way to expand on this further, but I'm still in shock we had to experience this. Absolutely unacceptable, and frankly shameful.

Watch out for the pink truck .. they will tail gate you, speed drive and feed you the the unhealthiest cookies.

My 82 yr old mother has 9 fraudulent t charges on her Cc from crumbl. They refuse to tell us where the cookies were delivered or how the purchase was made (in store or online) so we can determine who is stealing from her. They also said they get regular reports of this at each store !!! So are employees stealing ???

Went to the location in ************* on 10/30/23; mind you, I drove 40 miles to get the mystery cookie which happened to be Pumpkin Cake . The cookies seemed smaller than normal but I purchased them anyways. Got home, put them in the refrigerator like I normally do, the next day, took some out get room temp so that I could eat them and know that they will be just as fresh as if they had just come out of the oven and sat for awhile. I went to eat one of these cookies, not only was it dry, but the frosting was ****** as if it was old. What put the icing on the cake for me, was I called to speak to a manager and was told there was no managers at this location but had a shift lead. I asked to speak with a shift lead and the lady said that she was one of them. I explained to her my concern about the cookie and this lady had the nerves to tell me that there WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO; I said "excuse me" and she repeated it again. I asked for a Corporate number and she said that there was not one but I could call the 385# which only happened to be orders as that number responded to me. I then asked her name and she gave me a name but I thought it was just a made up name. I spent $33.10 and that was with a military discount and I use the loyalty app because I purchase quite often. This location has put a bitter taste in my mouth and to drive 40 miles for some cookies that I don't even think was baked fresh because there was no warmth even to the box, it just felt like a box of rocks has been put in the box. I have never seen cookies this small and not fresh until I came to this location and they obviously don't care about customer service because if she did, she would have refunded my money and tried to make me a happy customer. Shame on you!!!!

Had my first lousy crumble cookie today was dry,definitely not baked today, don't know if it was this location,but won't go back,they didn't have regular chocolate chip cookies either, second time this has happened, that's there number one best.

Hi I wanna complain regarding your new location in *********** ******* . I got selected for the job but now when the location is about to open then they are saying we have lots of people we will call you when we need it .so what does it means? Its just a waste of my time.i gave interview on 22june, 2023 . And like waiting for long time i just went to store on 9july regarding availability then after two days the manager '************************* 'called me on 11july he said now we have more people we will be in touch. What this means? If they have more people then why he selected people. Moreover, he did not behave well. He dont know how to talk with someone. He just waste my one month. Its his fault. So now can you tell me what you can do? This is the worst experience i faced it.

This company takes illegal actions against their employees. Also wrongfully terminates employees. My general manager told me to go home for the day then fired me for abandoning my station. Was also demoted because I had to go to the emergency room and miss my shift. Which is also not legal.

I love it!! Here in *********** **. The customer service was great. Dj was really nice and helpful with my cookie selection.Sincerely, satisfied customer.

******** ******** location unfortunately makes no effort in pleasing their customers. I purchased close to $100 worth of cookies in which half of them were not what I requested.
