            Please excuse any grammatical errors as I am disabled and have tremors. I recently purchased a book box from a small business and as you can see by the attached photo evidence, I purchased an autographed book and you will see in one picture there is no autograph. I reached out to the seller a few days ago to ask if they could tell me where the autograph might be or to send me another book or to just simply resolve the situation. They never responded, so that has forced me to escalate it to an authority, such as yourself, to help me resolve this issue. The resolution I seek can go a few ways one, I receive an autographed copy as I paid for it and was promised, and frankly what was advertised, or two, they refund me the purchase price including shipping and taxes of what I paid for that one box in the order its up to them. Thank you.
