            My house has been damaged. From lawn care,scraping my house..lawn has been dying for about a year. They just now the dirt...I'm about yotry to reseed myself..tire marks on fence..dont know watering tones po r days I could go on and on..I know its hot,thry are working too fast and dont cate about the consequences

            Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We're truly sorry to hear about the damage(s) you've described and understand how frustrating this must be. 

            We want to clarify that, based on our records and the details of the work we performed, we believe the damage(s) may not be related to our services. The siding damage to your house does not align with the area we service. There is a clear barrier of rock between the siding and the grass, which we do not mow through. It appears there have been objects placed against the siding that could have caused this damage. 


            The plastic pots in the photos are nestled inside glass pots. I do see a dead spot of grass that resembles the bottom of a pot, so there is a possibility that our crew damaged this as they were passing through. However, the weekly maintenance service is scheduled the same day every week with the expectation that the lawn be free of any items such as lawn ornaments, pots, etc. 


            Regarding your lawn  - after meeting on site with our operations manager, it was noted that the grass is green and healthy. It is the homeowner's responsibility to ensure that any additional services outside the contract are performed. This includes aerations & overseeding. In addition, your property management company sends notice prior to our irrigation techs monthly full system check. Any concerns regarding your sprinkler system should be addressed then. 


            Lastly, we do take responsibility for the damaged irrigation cap. This was repaired.
