We had a leak in our cold water delivery line in our basement. Our water leak detection alarm went off a little after 1:00 p.m. on a Friday. We called them and left a message, after trying to patch the leak (thinking we wouldn't be able to get someone over before the weekend). Not only did they kindly return our call on a Friday afternoon, but their plumber, *****, was able and willing to come to our house at 5:30 p.m. and replace about 20 ft. of pipe and make sure everything worked great after. AMAZING customer service and a genuinely nice person to boot. We're really happy to have found such a great plumber and plan to use them for our future plumbing needs! We highly recommend them. This business has an A+ rating from our family as a customer of theirs over approximately a bit over a year! We have been involved with Flow Right Plumbing in many projects for our home, converting from tank water heaters to tank less and removing the old bulky tanks.This was a huge project with many things to do and they were professional, on time, gave a bid for a huge project and stayed on task for the amount they had told us.Two tank less systems were put into place and the old tanks removed! They were careful and the project looked beautiful when completed. Installed water filtered system in our kitchen. When the system we wanted had no system with them in place so as to allow *****, the owner of Flow Right Plumbing the ability to install the Kenetico System and service it, ***** met with the representative of Kenetico and was given their blessing to install the system and service that product because of his ability to relay his knowledge base to ensure that the company has full faith and understanding that ***** really has an enormous knowledge of many products and services that his customers want and need for their homes. Flow Right Plumbing also is involved with connecting a gas generator to back up our newly installed solar system and trenched all the lines for the solar company Ralos to connect to their solar system and coordinated it all with Ralos and their crew! ***** led the Flow Right Plumbing team and Ralos Solar team to complete the project with all of them working beautifully together getting that huge project finished with so many things that could have gone wrong, the inspectors of each! His ability to coordinate huge complicated project is second to none and I have full faith and confidence that ***** can make his magic happen anywhere, under any circumstances, he truly amazing us! He has replaced roof jacks, installed new faucets, calked, grouted, cleaned up shower heads, replaced toilet tank parts and kept our house functioning!Thank you *****
