I had some work done at Todays Dental Care in ****. I was currently on a payment plan with them, paying $50 a month. When I went in to get a crown on, the STUDENT assistant pulled my tooth out instead of fixing it. Dr. ****** was very apologetic and said he would not charge me and take care of my bill. I accept is apology but I decided not to continue going there for dental work. Over a year goes by and I get a letter in the mail from a collections agency saying I owe Todays Dentals Care $4000!! I immediately call them and ask for my file. Not only did they not cover my bill they charged me for a crown that I had never had because I have no tooth! After going back and forth with them, explaining to them 1. The arrangement I had with Dr. ****** but also that fact that they charged me for a crown on a tooth I dont even have. Dr. ****** no longer works for them so we were unable to communicate with him. I thought before sending someone to collections 1. You needed to contact them and send them their bill. 2. Make attempts to call them 3. Send them certified mail they had a bill needing attention. NEVER did I receive any communication from them until I reached out after I received information from the collections company. I talked to the office manager at their ****** office and she said she would take care of the situation and I didnt need to worry about anything. Weeks later I received information in the mail saying they were garnishing my wages. How can you garnish someone wages who 1. Didn't receive any paperwork and 2. I didn't get the work done in the first place!I want you to stop garnishing my wages and give me my money back.

Our deepest apology for not responding back.  We had turned this over to our Attorney to review and was informed today that I was suppose to submit the response back not him.  Please review our request to receive our letter back regarding this case.

    Thank you
