On March 15, 2023, Better Business Bureau brought the following advertising claims to The Modern Millionaires LLC to substantiate. Specifically, The Modern Millionaires LLC claims its consumers can earn a passive side income fast, $70,000 per month, 5-6 figures with a part time effort. “Put in a little upfront work – 5-6 hours a week and you can make 10s of thousands of dollars a month.” BBB asked The Modern Millionaires LLC for substantiation of its earnings claims. It could not provide this data. The Modern Millionaires LLC instead chose to provide examples of individual clients who have achieved positive results. The Modern Millionaires LLC also added a disclaimer stating “We love sharing the success stories of our clients and we want you to be aware of the earnings, revenue, or income statements that we display on our website and social media. Please note that achieving the same results cannot be guaranteed, as your personal abilities, experience, knowledge, and other factors beyond our control will affect your results. We encourage you to pursue your dreams with passion and we’re here to support you every step of the way.”
