I took my SUV through this carwash yesterday and was mortified when I got out to vacuum, and saw that the drivers door and the drivers side rear door were both scratched with semi circular brush marks.The car is black and virtually new, less than 6 months old. I immediately went into the office area to speak with a manager. One of the young men there went out to my vehicle and said it didn't look good. He then went to get his manager who in turn said the same and that he would take pictures and get HIS manager to contact me in a day or two. After a brief call today, I drove back down to Metro Express on Eagle Rd.where I met with "*******" and another unidentified employee who was with him. ******* looked at the car and told me that in all his years of working in the carwash industry (He may have been all of 30 years old), that he had not seen that before, and that if it was their fault it would have started closer to the front of the vehicle. He suggested that a dog may have done it. I explained that I don't even own a dog and that I was not pleased with them trying to defer the blame. He just kept repeating over and over that he just couldn't see where I could prove that it was their carwash that did it. No matter what common sense I pointed out to him he just stood there repeating himself. No gesture of good will, no offer to even split the cost of having the doors buffed out, nothing. He did say he could have HIS manager look at it, but no time soon because his manager just had surgery and would be out for a while. I was so disappointed in the lack of taking responsibility, ethics and morals that I just threw up my hands and told them to forget it. What has happened to the ***** most of ** have come to admire and respect, where we take responsibility for our errors whether they be accidental or not and make good on them? Unless you are willing to take pictures with a ************* stamp of your vehicle before you go in, I would NOT recommend this carwash to anyo
