We purchased off-brand printer toner products from this company in late January 2022. We were guaranteed that the products would meet our printer manufacturer's specifications and print quality. They absolutely do not.After multiple phone calls (no voice messaging capability) and emails going unanswered since we deployed Nextoner's new toner products in early March, we are now forced to repurchase an approved manufacturer product. The cost differential is substantial, well over $500.At an absolute minimum, if this company is going to have a BBB certificate (as my business does) they should be replying to customer inquiries and technical support matters. This is borderline fraudulent, and certainly not consumer friendly service. Get the money and run??Our account contact was *************************, who cannot be reached for returns or support...but he was certainly diligent about collecting our payment!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. Although the business made meager efforts to address several concerns with customer service and integrity, after communicating directly with the owner, ***************************, they have agreed to refund our full purchase price.Their willingness to stand behind their product with a full refund is adequate to resolve our concerns.
