I order some extension tables from BBQgrills.com on 8 Jun 24 for my ***** Searwood 600 Pellet grill. The website indicated that the items would ship within 7-10 business days from the date of the order. That has clearly not happened. I've sought updates on the shipping status at least 5 times by phone and numerous times by email, but have gotten little to no response. Was contacted by email by an individual that stated she'd look into it, but not response; even after several attempts to contact her. I have requested a refund, but again, no response.Initial Complaint

Where is the handle that goes with it? I spent $36.99 for a complete hoe (just like your photos and demonstration videos show)! There is NOTHING in your ad that indicates a handle can also be ordered for a separate charge. Please send me the rest of my order or explain to me, the Washington State ************************* and KOMO TV why you can't. Thank you.Customer response

The vendor of record is TraxGarden but their true corporate identity is well disguised. The ************* that likely knows the true corporate identity is shopstreamdigital.com which handles product returns for the principal. They are located at ******************************************************************** I tried tracking down TraxGarden but only found a connection to Home Tools Now which is another bogus operation in my opinion. Thank you for your ongoing help regarding the fraud being perpetrated by TraxGarden. Their sales technique is simply a "bait-and-switch" scheme which is against U.S. law (***********************************************). Selling me a hoe, without supplying the handle to operate the hoe, is tantamount to buying a pair of shoes but only getting one shoe while providing the buyer with an opportunity to buy the missing shoe for an additional high price. In both their pictorial and video sales presentations, TraxGarden showed a complete hoe (blade and handle) but they only delivered the blade (a 50-cent item from *****). One can easily verify what I'm saying by contacting KOMO TV in ******* which provided TraxGarden advertising space on KOMO's website. I copied 11 individual ads from ********** between April 24, 2024 and May 11, 2024. all of which offered a complete hoe for sale. In my additional research, to find TraxGarden's corporate headquarters, I discovered that they have two corporate locations. Date JUly11,2023. Ordered one order, two bottles. and was billed for 4 more! The product was not what was described in the offer. Not the same name ("Restore a Finish" was what I ordered and got " Wood Finish Restorer"" . I have received two bottles in this shipment. Don't want any of them!!! Original price for two bottles :$10.64. They then billed for one more order of 2 bottles+ $27.72.AND then 2 more orders for $44. .30 . TOTAL BILLED: $61.66. On March 4, 2023 I ordered Dr **** Soothers compression socks online. When I received the socks they were too small. I could not get the socks on my feet, so I called the company to let them know I would be sending the compression socks back. I took them to the post ************* them back to: HelpWithMy Order; **** **********************************; **********, ** *****, Ph#**************, Email is:**********************************. It cost me $5.75 fee-to return them. I called 4/3/23 to check status and the Representative said they will refund everything except the shipping of $3.95. I let her know I did not agree. The price was $51.95+ shipping $3.95+ sales tax $4.76= $60.66 Total.Initial Complaint

I ordered a 12 mini i phone from ***, and called and cancelled it right after I ordered it. The worker assured me that it had been cancelled. This was August 1, 2022. I found out yesterday at the *** store that I have been billed for this phone for 7 months and still "owe" $500.... the phone shows to have never been activated... I thought I must have received it and immediately mailed back, but then I remembered it never actually was delivered. My online *** account shows the tracking number and that it was never delivered to me in ********. It was held somewhere before it got to me. (I was assuming they stopped delivery because I had cancelled it.) I would like my account credited and the installment plan taken off of my bill. (or they can just mail a 12 mini to take that one's place, but I am not going to pay $500 for a phone that I do not have and has never been used. Thank you. A knee brace was delivered to my home that I did not order and have no idea how or why it was delivered. This is very unsettlling, upsetting to have been charged for something that I never ordered. I have absolutely no need for a knee brace, nor would I have ordered one! When I attempted to contact customer service there was no answer, only a voice message that stated no one is available, despite advertising a 24 hr customer service. I also attempted to go to their website but there was no website, it simply listed the customer service information (which leads to a dead end).
