            I have been using this company for my tax preparation for years. In April I went in to have my taxes completed & my tax man. **** ****** proceeded to let me know that he did not file my daughters nor my 2022 taxes. He said they'd been sitting on his desk the entire year even though he collected $1,000, $500 for each of us to file & complete our 2022 taxes. He said he would do that immediately & he apologized. He also said that any fees or charges associated with him filing late would be paid by the company that he worked for **** and Wright. It was April so I had my 2023 taxes done as well as my daughters. He did them completely incorrectly. When I told him he said oh whoops I will have to refile. He said he would be refiling that day. After weekly phone calls, he finally got very upset with me and told me he'd be filing them. This was on August 1st. He sent me an email stating they were filed. I checked nothing was filed until October 15th. He never did anything properly nor correctly. I have been calling weekly. I have spoken to there inept receptionist numerous times regarding this issue so that they could please pay what they promised which were the fees and charges associated with **** not filing the taxes in an appropriate amount of time. We are both now indebted to the *** due to ****** negligence with our taxes. We don't know what to do as I call them every week and either nobody answers the telephone or the inept receptionist answers with an attitude and a chip on her shoulder. I have asked to speak with the owner ****** he also refuses to call back or do anything to fix this situation. **** assured me that they would be paying for the fees & interest and anything else associated with him not filing our taxes on time. I have given them $2,000 to file taxes for 2022 and 2023 nothing was done properly. My daughter owes due to him not filing correctly and her fees and interest, I have over 800 and fees and interest for not filing taxes when I did file them.
