            I had my travel trailer at Smith RV to have the slide fixed due to it not operating. I had purchased a 6 year extended warranty to have any on the trailer fixed with in that time frame. They worked on my trailer and repaired/self engineered what they thought needed more support. In doing so, my trailer now leaks and I am being told this is my issue. The trailer never leaked until they came up with their own self engineering fix for the slide. They should have got a new one from the factory. Now I have a trailer that leaks and has some backyard engineering fix causing water damage. I also have major concerns with them changing the structure of my trailer obviously the leak now and how safe is my trailer now that they changed the structure. They now have jeopardized the structural integrity of the trailer which I am not sure if it is safe to sleep in without the manufacturer knowing of these changes and it leaks. Will it tow the same, is it now a salvage title do to their backyard engineer? Their response is to bad! This company should be shutdown for actions like this or fined changing the structural integrity of a engineered product. Which now has caused defects that did not exist prior to their backyard engineering.
