            I cosigned farm equipment with K7 auctions ***** ID for **** ********* auction, received check ********* **** 30 it bounced, *********************** paid ********* September 23, 2023 leaving unpaid balance *******. November 3 2023 he paid ******** leaving a balance of ******* he still owes me. He bought my pick up off of his own auction for ****** I don't see how this is legal. Please get this settled for me he had ANOTHER auction in March 2024 and should have the money. His excuses are that he had a baby. This is grand theft, I contacted him through emails, phone calls and talked in person multiple times and he still owes me ******* and I feel that this hassle that's almost 1 years is owed interest at a rate highest Idaho allows.I have been in contact with HiBid auctions corporate office and they have called him several times. He also charged 10% commission ******* cents which is not what agreed on it was 6% ******* so *********************** K7 auctions ***** ID owes me an additional ******* bringing the total to ******** Is what he owes without interest and he bought items off of the auction he has not paid for.

            *********************** has another complaint from july17 2023 registered with BBB about a pick up being bought and paid cash for it, *********************** still charged the ***** on file and the guy couldn't get the title.

            THIS IS COMING ON A YEAR HE HAS GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND, PLEASE HELP.

            Purchased truck from auction website, picked up truck from auction lot a week later, paid cash for truck, still charged my credit card on file with website, have never received title for truck.
