    We had a natural disaster in February 2020. A Major windstorm came through our area. Our roof needed repaired. Not only would they not pay for the full roof (just half) but they raised our rates by $659 dollars a year. This was our first claim in 7 years. We had been with the same company for the full 7 years. NO care was given I was told to go somewhere else. Which I am. I would like them held accountable for taking advantage of people when natural disasters strike.

    I am rejecting this response because: conveniently our plan was no longer offered after our first claim? Also, the roof had been updated in 2010. It was not 20 years old. And a leak had been located on both sides due to wind damage. We paid out of pocket for that due to the negligent agent. Sincerely,

    My apologies. The roof was repaired not redone in 2010.

    In June 2019 I fell and received a traumatic brain injury and was deemed inable to work. I had purchased long term disability insurance through my employer. I applied and did receive payment for *** then a few months later was told someone had made a mistake and I was over paid $2300. Ok so they keep my next check without telling me mind you I have no income now, but they let me make an arrangement of $100 per month. I was harassed by the agent responsible for my case his name is ******. ****** was rude, zero compassion and let me know it wasnt his job to be nice. Overtime I retained a lawyer because it was a Workmens Comp. case and I needed some records from United Heritage and they refused to give it to me. They refused to even give me a copy of my policy saying It was against their policy to let me have a copy of my policy. I had to tell them I no longer wanted to deal with ****** because he was so rude and hateful I couldnt stand it till they gave me a new worker her name is ********. ******** has been very professional and very nice I have no complaints. But now that my case was going to court my lawyer asked for some records and they refused I asked for records and they refused I even wrote the vice president in charge of long-term disability clients. After my letter to him they did release a couple things that we had asked for but they continue to refused to let me have any records that are mine I paid for the service and the policy is owned by me and they still refuse movies. Then about a year after we are into my disability I get a call that tells me they made another mistake on calculating my benefits to the tune of $18,500 and that I am responsible for paying that back. I told them if they would release the information the attorneys needed My settlement would come through and they would be paid in full and they still refused to give my attorneys the records. This is caused great hardship and 2 1/2 yrs later still no settlement and no record.
