    I am writing in on behalf of my mother in law *****************. On 7/6/22 ****** at C-Pro had my 81 year old mother in law sign a 60 month contract for a fall button. She thought she was signing a one year contract. My mother in law is now in a skilled nursing facility unable to care for herself and I cant get anyone in the business to call me back. She no longer needs their fall button and I need to withdraw authorization to debit her account. Their practice is shady & unethical they should not be able to conduct business in ***** especially regarding senior citizens!! They are predators as far as I am concerned. Having an elderly person sign a contract for more than 1 year should be against the law! To not return calls regarding the contract just shows how shady this company really is and they need to be closed down so they cant scam any other seniors!! Buyer beware!!!

    C-Pro had been providing security system monitoring for the past 8 years. Last year I called to cancel the monitoring and they continue to charge my account. I have called 3 times and they have not cancelled my service.

    We have canceled the billing and service on this account as we do an internal investigation.  If the client had in fact canceled a year ago, funds will be refunded

    My security system quite working and after numerous attempts to reach them by phone and email *** had no response. If they have closed their doors it would be helpful to know as my home is no longer secure. Ive also been charged the monthly fee which I feel should be returned due to lack of service

    I call this company C *** Securities leave messages but they do not return my calls. I am requesting they send confirmation of security to ******************** which they do not do after repeated requests by me and also my insurance agent. I am trying to fire them but they insist I have signed a contract which they evidently automatically renewed without my knowledge and will not send me a copy. When I told them I had told the bank to discontinue paying them they threatened to send it to collection.All I am requesting is to end any contact with them. Until this insurance confirmation request I thought everything was okay with them but since then I have been very dissatisfied with everything about them.I just need to be able to fire them!
