Every employee I worked with at Idaho Roofing Contractors provided excellent and prompt service and courteous, effective communication about the project and progress. *********************** supplied information and pertinent photographs both before and after the job was completed. He kept to his original estimate and completed the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend the whole team!Review from Suzy K

I cant say good enough things about our experience. We worked with a previous roofing company that botched the roof. So we reach out to Idaho roofing contractors. It started when will ********* came out for the estimate. He was so knowledgeable and thorough. The quote came in quickly and they were able to fix the previously botched job. This company really came through for my mom, who is a widow and struggling financially. She had her roof replaced by another company about five years ago and has recently had a lot of leaks and issues. The original contractor was horrible to her in his communications and left her feeling hopeless. These guys really came through for her on helping her find ways to save money on the repairs and have given her hope again!Review from Samantha B

Idaho Roofing Contractors has taken such great care of us. We had a roof leak and *********************** jumped right in, found the problem and has taken great care to fix it. **** has been professional, kind, has sacrificed his Saturday morning to come and take a look, and worked with his incredible boss to take care of us. Their generosity moved us to tears as they took the stress right off of our shoulders. We couldn't recommend them enough.Review from Martha H

I contracted with Idaho Roofing Contractors because I will shortly be putting my house on the market and wanted to control the cost of a new roof rather than have it be written into the sales agreement. I was impressed with their service for the following reasons. 1. They returned my call the same day and inspected my roof, providing an estimate, within 3 days - including a start date of work. 2. They provided the names of several contacts I could use if I had questions. 3. They showed up at the date and time promised. 4. They did not damage any shrubbery, plantings. 5 They cleaned up the work site the same day. 6. Another supervisor came and inspected the work the next week. 6. They carefully went over my landscaping - looking for stray nails etc. 7. The invoice was detailed. As you may have guessed from the above, this is not my first roofing experience but definitely my best stress free one. I recommend them highly. (Not sure why the one reviewer below had a bad experience but mine was great. ) too bad there is not a place to upload a photo.Review from Lawrence S

This company is horrible. Total lack of professionalism. The quote process was great. Had it the same day I called. Then it went downhill from there.First, when I signed the estimate on Monday, I was told I'd be called by the schedular that week to schedule my job. On Friday I reached out to see when I should hear from the schedular that day. Never heard from him, so I reached out again on the following Monday and finally got scheduled for next Monday morning. The Monday appt, no one showed up. So, I called and was told I was scheduled for Friday morning not Monday. Friday appt, no one showed up. Got rescheduled for Saturday morning, no one showed up. Got rescheduled for Tuesday morning. Showed up an hour late didn't bother knocking on the door. One roofer went up on my roof while the other went into my backyard. I was notified they were on my property when I heard some banging from inside my house. They had the wrong tiles, so they had to go pick up the correct ones, but wouldn't start the job till the next day. Currently they are on hour late and no one is returning my calls/texts. No clue if they will ever fix my roof.
