    On Thursday May 2, 2024 an analysis was given for 3 glass panels to be replaced at my home. I was told by ***** that I would be scheduled to do the work in or about one week.On May 6, I accepted a bid for $515.05, via e mail from Glass Now.On May 13, 2024, I phoned their office for an update. I was told truck was in on Tuesday with glass order, I would probably be phoned on Wednesday. I've never received any phone messages.On May 22, 2024 I phoned again, and left a message to phone me that day. I have not received any communication from them to date.

    I did speak to the business (******) later today. Apparently there was a telephone problem and I believe we have cleared the matter up. The business has scheduled my work for next Tuesday, the day after memorial day. I believe this service will be performed, and the business and I are trying to figure out why its phone calls and texts were not being received. I did restart my I phone and we are currently in communication. I believe and hope that this issue has been solved. At this time I hope I have not diminished the character of appears to be a legitimate business.

    We tried to call, text the customer with no response for a week after his glass came in on our delivery. We decided to reach him via email as a last resort about scheduling the installation and to let him know we have tried relentlessly to reach him. He did call in and reach us on Thursday 5/23/24. We spoke via phone to explain to him we have tried reaching him and continually got his voicemail and no text response. Only thing that could be the problem is a phone carrier issue possibly. We did show him we tried with the text screenshots and screenshots of our call history. He stated he reached out to the BBB, Attorney General and disputed the card payment. I let him know kindly to retract those complaints as we did nothing wrong. We tried our very best to reach him with every avenue we had. He agreed to retract it and re-pay via check during installation which is scheduled 5/28/24. I believe we resolved this complaint with the customer and this is no fault of ********************** Now.
