            *******.- contractor for new home.Mark Bridgewater said he would be taking care of issues we had. My husband had try to contact him multiple times. **** never returned calls. Then our year warranty was up. We are left with front door not working correctly. Master bath shower needs entrance changed as it wasnt done per blue prints. Heat vents are full of trash. We were suppose to get a new fridge door because it got scratched moving it in. Sheet rock tape coming loose on ceilings. There was a charge for a deep clean after house was built. This was never done. Beams were taken that were charged to our lumber package. **** pulled them out of lumber that I stacked and covered and he left everything spread all over and uncovered. Would like ducts cleaned, shower fixed, ceilings fixed, fridge door, credit for beams. Credit for cleaning. When the bathroom light was moved they Broke the glass cover and just left it. Its broke where it screws into fixture.

            It is our desire at Bridgewater Construction that we would be able to build quality homes for our clients and then provide them with a one year warranty for the said work. In this case we have rectified some of the said complaints and have contacted the owner and set up a meeting on Monday the 23 of January to review and address any remaining concerns. I am confident that we will be able to come to terms with any remaining concerns.
