On May 18th 2023, Musick held A auction with cars that had interested us. After looking through the pictures and reading over the descriptions of the vehicles we decided to place a bid. We won two auction items, one for a **** ***** Z28 and one for a **** **** Model A. Upon delivery of the vehicles, immediately we knew the company had misrepresented these cars. The Z28 was advertised as running and started right up. The car was completely dead and would not start like it was advertised. After further inspection it was easy to tell this car was not what they had advertised. Musick advertised it as a "True Z-28, Numbers Verify", This is not the case. The car that we received was a sports coupe Camaro with Z28 parts. The trim tag has been tampered with and been replaced with that of an actual Z28. The odometer gage has been tampered with and the miles has been altered. The motor is an after-market motor and not a Z28 motor, which was stated to be a "true Z28". The identification tags used to match each part to the correct car are missing. It is clear this car was pieced together with several different cars with Z28 parts to make it seem like it was a Z28. After reviewing the photos, the auction had posted, you can see exactly why they took the photos at the angles they did to hide things that would easily identify this car as not a true Z28 which is what they had advertised it as. We paid $20,900 for this car. The second car we purchased from Musick auction was a **** **** Model A Great Condition Restomod. This car was purchased for $18,480. After a quick inspection, we realized this was not a restomod and once again, what was advertised by Musick was not infact true. They stated it had a freshly built 350 engine. After inspecting this engine, it had not been freshly built. Both of these cars have been clearly misrepresented by Musick Auction. I have made several attempts to get in contact and have not received a response from Musick.

I bought a craftsman toolbox from Musick Auction. The pictures showed the toolbox with drawers open. The toolbox arrived with half the drawers locked, unable to open. This was not listed in the description. I called about this and they said all I could do was re-list the box for consignment. When I asked they said they would list it as locked this time, yet couldnt see this was completely unfair to me. Not that I want it listed as unlockedbut that I didnt get the same treatment. They made a commission and the seller gained an unfair price. I never would have bid what I did knowing it was locked and unable to be opened.

I am withdrawing my complaint. The ** was **************. I figured out how to bypass the lock and I want to keep it. I dont think the presentation was very honest, but there is no harm done at this point.

Car was listed as going through a 5 mile driving test during which it started, ran, drives and shifts well. Picked up car and it started smoking less than 2 miles down the road. Auction house is refusing to take it back.
