    I had gotten a bid from **** originally for more extensive work, more than I could afford. He called me and said he would be able to replace and bury 3 sprinkler lines and level out the area I wanted for a raised garden. He had given me a phone bid for ******* for 8 hours' work. The employees came 09-10-24, late 12:30 rushed through. They didn't listen how sprinkler heads were originally, I had sprinkler pipe sticking straight up so they knew where they were, left me without them. One of the lines that I left sticking up is still there though seems to not be attached to anything, so I don't know what they did below ground. They broke the big black valve box., and now it is not level, broken and has dirt in it .They didn't level the dirt like requested and didn't leave me with a sprinkler head for that area and told me "I" could just attach new pipe to the line and put in sprinkler. They left at 5:00 when they were to stay late to make up for the lost time. Left the equipment, so I assumed they would put in more hours. Been in contact with **** regarding the situation and he admitted the job was not done right, he came out on ***** and inspect with me. He said they would return on *****, (Error on page I thought his name was ***** its ****) He later texted me that he said would be done on *****. ***** I received a text at 9:01 AM : "Hey so we planned on being there today but with the rain and everything and the mini it's not a great combination is there another day that will work."I texted back that the rain stopped, I took a vacation day to be available so the job would be done properly. I left a message with no response. no show ***** contacting him again and no answer or call return. I would like *******. I feel I did all that I could to rectify the situation and gave him over a month to correct the situation.

    The work was performed to the customer's satisfaction and payment was issued at the end of the job without complaints.  In fact, she was happy to pay the bill.  Two weeks later she decided to start writing bad reviews.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was not happy with the job as the company stated. as you can see the information that I provided with the text messages that the company admitted there were problems and selected a time to come and remedy it, but never showed up.

    We have no obligation to come back out. You were satisfied with the work that day because you paid you were satisfied for the next three weeks you gave us a terrible review without even contacting us even though you still paid you were there while the work was being performed, questions were asked to you of what you wanted everything that you wanted at that time was done. You were satisfied because again you paid, but regardless, I was OK providing my time personal time to come back and talk to you and just kind of figure some stuff out even though Im not obligated to, but then I felt you were taking advantage of me in my kindness, and after we had a conversation, you were all nice. After that conversation you chose in my eyes to be very disrespectful in a couple responses and again I have zero obligation because you were satisfied the work that was done that was requested by you not to mention you were there the whole time and again we didnt charge you until we were completely done with the job and you handed over money at the end of the day you chose to basically act like you were owed something and that we took advantage of you and that is 100% not OK and not correct and when I asked about the review, your response was very disrespectful to me not to mention I was gonna come out and be a nice guy and do the extra extraWork for free just so we didnt have a bad review or a bad taste in someones mouth, even though Im not obligated to, but the day of it was raining clearly muddy. Im not bringing a mini skid steer out in the mud, and you kept pushing and being disrespectful again I was not obligated because previous services that were provided were up to your standards and satisfactory at the time because if they were not, you would not have paid. I dont mind discussing something but I am not paying Better Business Bureau $300 to set up a meeting when Im not even obligated to. I was nothing but genuine nothing but kind respectful towards you. I listen to your concerns and I felt like you were taking advantage and was very very disrespectful so again Im not obligated to do anything, but maybe once you change your attitude in your review take your review off whatever it may be I would be glad to talk to you again and figure something out even though Im not obligated have a wonderful day
