I am writing this review due to the lack of quality care given to my father ******* P *****, violation of his civil rights, severe emotional & physical trauma inflicted by the hands of this egregious facility. I am in hopes to bring awareness of such disparity & encourage an investigation of this facility to have their license revoked for elderly & financial abuse. My father was placed in their care **** of 2017 due to Alcohol poisoning. This fact led to the rehab facility wanting to pull the plug on my father which I was against. Their lack of care led to the deterioration of my father's extremities. Such as being diagnosed with bone marrow disease and various open *************** I attempted to have my father medically transported to a different facility by means of 911 This is since doctors threatened arbitration after my advocacy for my father's human rights however, I was unsuccessful. In December of 18' I received a call from ******** who suggested I needed to ****** POA (power of attorney) since my fathers bank accounts were discovered needed attention to continue medical benefits and/or prevent from being seized by the facility. I immediately sprung into action by contacting a licensed mobile medical notary republic to make the power of attorney paperwork official in front of courts. Unfortunately due to my ignorance I made this fact known to wellspring rehab who retaliated by informing I was no longer allowed to contact facility members, and instead only allowed to speak to *********************** whos Their social services director. Within the same time frame their legal team filed false court documents to seek a guardian, even suggesting I did not want to be his guardian. *********************** was appointed guardian who refused to let her chairmen know I was in the picture this entire time. On 10/26/22 I received a call Wellspring took my father off life support. I asked what was the cause of death *********************** laughed and simply told me my father was quote, 'wacked out'.
